Deceptive menu descriptions. I ordered fried Greek potatoes and what I got was a ten dollar plate of French fries with sauce. Absurd even by airport food standards. Staff was indifferent. We were traveling with an infant and their single high chair had a broken strap.

Worst food ever. Not identifiable as Greek at all. The ‘gyros’ was served on dry flatbread with some wilted lettuce and impossible to either roll up or cut with the flimsy plastic knife. I realize this is an airport restaurant, but the prices were still ridiculous.

Ordered the Fried Greek Potatoes, and I was literally served french fries… Also the service left MUCH to be desired– the bartender couldn’t make a simple Tom Collins, I had to tell her to add sour mix aaand she did not make it with the gin that I asked for. I watched the man next to me have to explain how to make a whiskey on the rocks… I mean come on.

Corporate Chef must never have eaten here. Tough to eat a Caesar salad on flat plate full of full romaine lettuce leafs. Ok if you have a real knife and fork to cut lettuce. Trying doing that will cheap plastic. I had croutons flying all over the table, on my guest and suit. The designer must have forgotten this was an airport. You know a place where everyone has a suitcase, briefcase and in the winter a coat. They shoved in as many chairs and tables as they could. guests were climbing all over everyone to just get seated. I almost just walked out. Avoid.

Decent spot for a quick bite after a short flight. Too early to sample their adult beverage prowess, but the bar looks to be well stocked. Would definitely come back.

This place was AWESOME!!! I had a short amount of time before my flight and had to get something to eat before a long flight home. Their Brussel sprouts with honey, tzatziki, and«Airmail» classic cocktail were probably the best airport food I have ever had(and I’m at the airport ALL the time)! Would even eat this not at the airport it was so good and I’m very particular! Kind and prompt service, too. Would highly recommend if you’re in this terminal of the airport. Thanks for the GREAT dinner! Will definitely be back next time I’m there :)

After a long flight I brought a client here after frequenting the one in Arlington on several occasions. I’ll give them a little credit since they are in an airport, but they could do a lot better. The brussels sprout app was great and done well, but beyond that this place needs help. We ordered Greek potatoes and they brought out French Fries. When I inquired what the fries were for, the waiter said, «these are the greek potatoes.» My client and I literally laughed for 15 seconds. It was crazy. After seeing the greek potatoes, we opted to keep the rest of our dining simple and order the Gyros. Both of them came out cold, bread was way too much for the portion, and both had tons of sauce in comparison to any other ingredient. The two Kapnos red wines on the menu were actually decent. Overall — our server was nice, but the food quality was nowhere near the restaurant location in Arlington. This was a big let down and I would fear future customers may align this location to your brand name. Upper mgmt. make changes quick before it’s too late.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer — this place is not good. The wine was not tasty, the flat bread was covered with oil, and the Brussel sprouts were also not very good. The best part was the pomegranate seeds in the dressing. And for all that, it was expensive, even for airport food, and the service was not good enough to make up for it. So basically, try one of the other new options.

I was so excited to try Kapnos, because I love their 14th street location. Unfortunately, this was an experience I will not be repeating. Food: I paid $ 17 for something I could get at Wendy’s for $ 7. Are these frozen then deep fried chicken tenders? And three small pieces, with a small amount of lettuce and onions? Shame Mike Isabella. One extra star for the good tzaziki. Service: horrendous. I originally ordered to go — within 60 seconds, asked if I could actually sit there. Was told I would not be allowed to sit in the restaurant at this point because I ordered to go. I’ve done this before, and never experienced this. I’m offering to now tip you. Even if I didn’t want to eat there, I can’t sit and wait? The worst part was the condescending tone — the server practically yelled at me. I’ve never experienced this before. Short story: go to Wendy’s or McDonalds and save yourself some money. Same quality food.
