I have used Joe for several months now and really enjoy his approach to working with clients. I have seen great progress in several areas. Flexibility is really important for me since I am in front of a computer 10 to 11 hours a day plus some on Sat and Sun. He is very dependable and not a flake. I recommend him with out reservation. Ask him to bring his green stretching strap. Its great for hamstrings/​lower body.

Joe is an outstanding personal trainer. I was impressed, right off the bat, with his background and the skills that he brought to the table both in terms of his military preparation and his certifications to be a trainer. Joe spent a lot of time going over every facet of training with me, did a thorough check of my initial fitness level, and analyzed posture and range of motion. Doing so taught me about how I could improve and get the most of out of exercises and to lessen the chance of future injuries by doing something the «wrong» way.
It’s clear that Joe has put a lot into this business and is willing to do what it takes to help me reach my fitness goals. I’d highly recommend him!
