Awful awful awful. Ordered diet dr pepper. No Ice in my drink. Coffee had wayyyyyy to much mocha. Awful. Manager even was the one who made our drinks. I know it’s McDonald’s but still. Try just a little harder people. It was just two drinks.

They can’t operate a drive thru, messed up my order 3 times and kept my receipt. Called corporate and complained, don’t waist your time or risk a spit burger for trying to get what you ordered and paid for here.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in DFW. Today was my 10^th and probably last time at this particular one. Smells of an open sewer outside, flies everywhere (EVERYWHERE) inside. Dozens of them. This place was remodeled barely a year ago at probably great expense, yet it’s all worn-​out, sticky and gross already. It’s just a nasty place. Every time I’ve eaten here, the food has been room temperature. Never again. I’ll just make a short drive to the one at Cooper and 20. Much better.

Horribly rude woman who is working now on drive thru needs to learn customer service. If you don’t want to provide it, change «careers» and do something more suitable for your attitude. Sad thing is, I’m pretty sure she is a supervisor or shift manager. Sales can’t be too good when she’s too dumb to even have the correct menu available for drive thru customers.

Ok so this is an updated review. The two lane drive thru thing is starting to gel and this weekend the young lady who was a manager had it DOWN. She had two outstanding young ladies working the orders, one on register and one on drinks. They were the multi-​tasking queens! For any racial haters out there and wondering, they were ALL Black, African-​Americans, whatever is correct these days. Who cares? They rocked! And they should be applauded. If this McDs keeps going like this they will make tons of people happy, rake in the dough, and have massive amounts of repeat customers. Why not talk about food? Cus McDs food is always solid. It’s just how fast do u get it and is it with a smile? Today was perfection and yes, I asked for the manager to tell her. PRAISE is worth giving, not just criticism. Way to go ladies. Well done.
