Pizza Hut

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Rude and unintelligent staff and horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza never came. I called later and the manager in a rude time said I didn’t answer the door. Nobody even showed up and she wouldn’t admit fault. They won’t even refund my money. Never ordering Pizza Hut again.

Poor service. Ordered at 9:30 and no one called to tell me my card did not go through. Called at 10:38 pm only to be told my order was never made. When I got my pizza I then found huge strands of hair while biting into my pizza. Pretty much sums up the great experience I had here. This place needs to shut down.

No stars ! This place is the worst location Pizza Hut has they need to close it down. Literally no type of service twice I’ve ordered a pizza and twice I didn’t get it! First time I placed my order over the phone, did carry out so went and picked it up and the lady had an attitude so I asked for the manager and she said she had no order under my name which I know for a fact I made so then I asked if I could place one and she said no it was to late. The second time I ordered online and did delivery and I waited a hour. After the hour passed I called to check my order, gave them my number again and surprisedly my order doesn’t appear.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I called to place an order, received HORRIBLE customer service and when I asked to speak with a manager I was placed on hold for approximately 55 minutes. I decided to drive to this location and even the manager had a horrible attitude. She advised me that no one told her someone requested to speak with her & basically said, what do you want me to do… she did absolutely nothing. I’d called on another line and placed an order but decided not to get anything. I’ll NEVER return to this location and recommend NOONE patronize them either. They all need to be trained on customer service because one bad rating, with no intervention, leads to continued poor service. This location is TERRIBLE!!!

I got a really good deal online for a large pizza for $ 11.00. It only took 15 mins so the wait time wasn’t to bad. However when i got there it took someone a few minutes to come up to the counter. 2 things that i disliked while there was.
One of the workers was eating in the pizza making area. The other employee was making a pizza using no gloves.
Other than that my pizza was great.

Oh my goodness… the service I received here was horrible.
I called in ahead for a pick up order. Right after the lady picked up, she put me on hold for about 3 minutes. When another person took my call, he did not greet me and went directly to the questions «is this for delivery or carry out» «phone number?» «name for this order» blah blah. My goodness!
All I wanted were some bread sticks… They didn’t tell me how much my total was or when it would be available, so I had to ask before he quickly hung up. Even then, he only said «15 minutes» –_​_​_​– I guess I’ll just bring a card to pay.
It doesn’t even end there. Once I arrived, the girl at the front counter was on the phone taking an order for a good 8 – 10 minutes. Do phone orders even take that long? She didn’t even greet me or ask me to hold on or tell someone in the back to cover for her. Nothing. I stood there awkwardly by the counter. I could see my breadsticks sitting in the warmer. I checked them menu while waiting and my breadsticks were $ 4. After a while, I even thought about stepping behind the counter, grabbing by breadsticks, and leaving a $ 5. I didn’t even care for the change, but I decided against it.
Oh it gets worse. One guy from the back came to the front, smiled, grabbed a drink, and walked to the back again… By this time there were about 4 other people waiting behind me. If he wasn’t planning on helping us, why did he not get someone else to?
When the girl was finally done with the phone, she didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t greet me or anything! she just said. Is this carry out? –_​_​_​–
Got my bread sticks. They weren’t even worth it. Way too greasy and didn’t even taste like bread. I’d rather get bread sticks from the freezer. Never again. Not for bread sticks and definitely not this location.

Better attitudes please! Most of the time they are out of a certain crust, or certain type of wings, yet they don’t tell me until I pick up my order. The staff needs an attitude adjustment.
