PROS: – Location, near Target, District Taco and Roti, so no need to trek to Wilson Blvd to get your fix. CONS: – Service is horrid! The baristas aren’t happy there and take it out on the customers. The lady taking orders responded to ¾ attempts to order a drink with a «WHAT?!?» and then a «we don’t have that.» Then, as a line is forming, the barista idly stands around and observes what’s going on in the room for about 3 minutes, without taking your order or passing it on to someone else to make your drink. – At last, my drink is made! It’s an iced tea with 75% ice and the tea is so watered down that the normally strong Passion flavor is completely diluted. I might as well be drinking red-dyed water. – Walking outside with my drink in hand, I realize that I’ll have to go to the Wilson Blvd or the Court House location after all for my next drink.

I arrived at 6:45am today, and was greeted by rude and unwelcoming«Baristas». Here’s a hint Baristas: full-bodied dark roast coffee is not supposed to taste like a weak black tea. Horrible experience, and I’m never coming back to this location again; maybe I’ll stick to Quartermaine.

Never bothered to write a piece of review… well until I had the worst latte in my life when I thought it was one of those drinks not that easy to screw up, the ‘latte’ I got here was literally milk and hot water — or the hot water the barista used to rinse the coffee pot. Went to the barista said it was watered down and hoped she would make it right, she took over the cup and poured some brewed coffee to the«latte» and Voila… LMAO, I took a sip and threw away the $ 5 drink. One star is the least I could give, which is already too high.

I received a number of Starbucks gift cards for Christmas and this location is closest to me. For one ENTIRE work week, my order was either wrong(three times) or skipped entirely(twice). The courtesy extra star is for the woman making drinks in the morning, who works to quickly correct the mistakes made by the woman taking orders who must not be able to understand exactly what I’m saying. Don’t pop into this Starbucks if you don’t have at least 15 minutes to spare.

One star rating for the coffee and snacks. It’s early New Years Day and this place is open, awesome. The baristas that helped us out must dislike each other or dislike their job. Annoyed looks and attitude was given. They kept talking to each other and would ask us to repeat our order instead of just listening and getting it right the first time. It wasn’t busy, there were only three people already seated with their drinks, and it wasn’t loud. The snack display looked like everything was just tossed in there. Overall, one star for at least making the coffee right.

I’m a huge Starbucks fan — as in I’m already a gold member through 2017. This place makes the drinks properly but takes forever to make them! Even with a long line, I never see much hustle. There’s actually a new Starbucks in the brand new Target across the street and a smaller Starbucks option within the Safeway that’s on the same block. Those two options seem to be better for me.

Short and simple. this Starbucks location is in a perfect spot especially since the new«Target Express» opened up earlier this month. The employees here are always speedy and give smooth service. This place gets a 4star rating based off location, and that they always make my drinks to perfection. But it lost a star because they took away the smores drink. like WHHHHHHHYYYYY?!

If there’s one good thing about this location, is they have a decent AC system. But their employees that make the drinks need to be retrained or they need to close this shop. I’ve gotten coffee here a few times and it’s never consistent. One time I got a green tea latte that was literally milk and the cold tea they have brewed. The line was too long to go back and complain and I took a sip and threw away a $ 5 drink. This morning was the straw that broke the camel’s back as I went in and saw the line was about 15 customers long and one barista looking clueless in how to make the drinks or catch up with the demand. The experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will resort to going to Starbucks locations in Safeway’s or Targets.

Worst coffee frappuccino. I think they forgot the coffee– it tastes and looks like blended milk and ice. Not to mention there are huge frozen chunks of ice that won’t go through the straw. I would go back and have them remake it but the line and wait is out of control. Next time, I’ll go to the one in the Safeway!

Give the Green Dream frappuccino from their secret menu a try! Cold and refreshing! When it is warmer out the balcony’s a great place for a quick lunch

Great spot to grab a coffee or cappuccino. They have never messed up my order in 3 years of regular patronage. Gets crowded with the 830−9am work rush but otherwise the wait isn’t terrible. Nice outdoor porch area.

I love this location, it is very close to my second job. I think this is the best Starbucks in the area. The service here has always been great, but some times to made coffee-late was not good enough.

How I heard of this place: Coming from Seattle… It is difficult to remember my firstStarbuck’s experience, but I know it has been a staple during my travels for over fifteen years. Type of cuisine: Coffee shop fare with espresso beverages, teas and blended concoctions, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, packaged sandwiches and granola/yogurt, etc. Ambiance: Similar to most any traditional Starbucks establishment I have been to over the course of the past fifteen years, this one falls directly in line. Entering, however, it seems to cater more to those coming in for a quick treat or pick-me-up during business hours, with limited seating, an eye-height glass display of sweet treats and a lot of standing room with Starbucks SWAG on cyclindrical podiums throughout. What I ordered: We had already eaten a hefty meal provided by Beefalo Bob’s, but needed an afternoon perk. I asked the cashiers recommendation between the Double Chocolate Brownie and the Chocolate Chunk Cookie, was hesitantly told the brownie, and ended up ordering both, along with a red velvet cookie-cake with white frosting in between the two small layers. Chris also selected a venti(20-ounce) new Mocha Coconut Frappuccino. What I loved: The Mocha Coconut Frapp immediately became a favorite. The red velvet thing a one-time-taster, and the chocolate chunk cookie delicious enough to inspire me to bake more, and the brownie lingering with an espresso hint. The chocolate chunk cookie being the favorite of our afternoon desserts. Why I loved it: Consistency in coffee beverages, tastes and treats available across country, you always know what you are going to get. Cost: Average($ 3-$ 5 per beverage)

Great spot for a quiet cup of coffee. Not a lot of room inside but lots of space outside. Very efficient baristas and great coffee flavor for my vanilla latte. Over the street is the birthplace of the Internet and around the corner is where«Deep Throat» had his secret meetings with Bob Woodward about the Watergate Break-in. Enjoy the coffee and the history.

Staff is great, they know us here. Appreciate the fact that they are not rude like those Starbucks locations in the city.

Coffee is good, reasonable price for a re-fill if you bring your own cup but do NOT come here for the wifi! Starbucks locations are usually really good but I’ve been sitting here trying to get my phone, computer and iPad online for about an hour. My computer found the network for about 10 minutes and then lost it, phone and iPad never managed to get on. Never seen that happen at a Starbucks, it’s worse than an airport!

Thank you so much for making my drink again that i purchased elsewhere. I got a horrible frapp at a safeway starbucks, they didnt have gift cards which i needed to get along with the frapp. So i came to this starbucks and told them about the frapp that i got at safeway and they made another one. How great is that

Get your Starbucks: hot or cold. fast. and with a smile. Grab a seat or sit outside on their patio and watch the world go by. It’s a wonderful place in the neighborhood. Me like!

Quick service? Check. Friendly barista? Check. Clean interior? Check. And I’d be all about that outdoor seating area if it hadn’t been about 10 degrees outside when I visited. All in all, this is a great Starbucks location!

Great vibe, for what it is. This is a very busy neighborhood with all kinds of busy people doing busy things. If all you want is your drink, prepared your way, as quickly as possible — they do this. But there are also an amazing number of small tables crammed into this small store where busy people who have a moment to themselves — or each other — can catch up with a book or conversation. Even the location — a low building on a small triangular block — reinforces the idea that this«third place» is an island: a spot of momentary refuge in a sea of busyness.
