Very consistent in service and food. Great servers on every visit and we’ve had terrific dinner and experiences each time. Very happy to have this place as our go to spot for American food.

**Highly Upset** I don’t understand why the servers rip out very bottom portion on the stripes at this location ALLTHETIMES I have been here. I’ve been there twice and both times THEYRIPTHE bottom part of the check. That’s NOT right! We pay way over $ 40 per check and both times we didn’t get our Stripe Points. I dislike this location. Something sneaky may be going on.

Guess I was remembering a long time ago when there was a burger named for each day of the week. We went about 7:00pm on a Friday eve. Seated without a wait. But the place was nearly full. Started with potato skins. We got a plate of 8 smallish skins and basically two table spoons of lite sour cream covered in chives. The skins were room temp. I ordered the Jack Daniels burger. The waitress asked medium well or well done. I said well done. I got a medium burger with a white piece of ice burg lettuce. Could have sent it back but as good as the waitress was. The whole meal had a feel like it was ready in the kitchen but it was not brought out before it cooled. Wife had the California Club and daughter had a crusted chicken salad with mandarin oranges. They both liked theirs. Bottom line. You can tell that corners are being cut when it comes to portion size. Management must think that customers can’t tell or don’t care if they only use one head of lettuce per night. Won’t be going to any Friday’s again.

Great meal and attentive server. I appreciated the tag team effort between Javinn and food expeditor. Steaks were spot on1 compliments to the staff who cooked them. College football all over the TVs and crowd is buzzing. Great vibe.

I love this chain. It’s a classier Applebee’s. Everything on the menu is tasty and affordable. They are open late and service is good. My waiter was Johnathan. Very attentive, friendly and funny. Great customer service skills. Also seemed knowledgable of the menu. Now the real reason for the five stars. This is not a five star menu or a five star venue. It’s the affordability, it’s the feeling of being at a nice place but still having a down to earth ambiance. I love that they are doing endless appetizers plus they always have some promotion going on. Plus the jack Daniel chicken tenders are a classic. ************************************** Got the Watermelon cooler… SOOOOOGOOD, taste like kool aid!!! And it’s only $ 5. House LIIT… Very strong, also only $ 4

This location has the luxury of being close to various event places like ATT stadium, the ballpark, six flags, hurricane harbor, UTA, boneyard haunted house, etc. So this is a good location to be a sit and hang out for awhile to eat and drink after or possibly before going to something in the area if your looking for a brand name restaurant vs trying a hole in the wall.(Of which there are a lot of really good hole in the wall, as well some not so good near by.) The food has usually been good and they have a lot of different options for various tastes. So its a safe bet for those looking for generic fair to feed a group. My daughter likes their chicken strips & fries, my husband likes the endless apps promo they seem to always be running at this point. They have changed their potato skins recently to be more upscale looking from what I remember when we had a Fridays closer to home but they are still ok. They have a pretty decent restaurant type selection of drinks for those who do drink with their meal but for me this is a second hand observation. The service has been really friendly but usually on a slower place, in my experience it has been on the food end of things so it might be a kitchen thing but I would rather my food come out right than quick and wrong. So if your looking for a quick bite then one of the million fast food joints either drive thru or one of the many quick service sit down places in the area would be a better choice. Not somewhere that is really out of the park, but a safe medium in the area.

Good food. Wonder full all around taking care. They make most food customizable based on eating style. Great atmosphere all round.

Be prepared to wait forever for your food. This location takes forever to bring out your food whether they are busy or not. I barely saw the server and when I did; we were either barely acknowledged or not at all. My friends, if you’re desperate; go ahead and test your patience here. If not, then I advise you to dine elsewhere. Tip to TGIF Arlington on Collins; hire better personnel, ones that take hospitality very seriously. Not a receptionist with bad attitude and slow servers that you rarely see. Best to you, Charles.

Seated almost immediately but waited 20 minutes to place drink and food order with waitress and waited 10 minutes on drinks then 30 minutes per round of endless apps with 3 people ordering one at time. Three rounds taking 30 minutes each and drinks taking 15 minutes per round. I would not recommend this place for any celebratory meal.

I have lived in the area for 2 years and just discovered how great this Friday’s location is a few weeks ago. I have been twice now and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. When walking in it almost felt like I was walking into an upscale restaurant versus the Friday’s I was used to going to as a child. The lighting is dimmer and the waiters are dressed formally. The menu has what you would expect from a Friday’s — bar food, steaks, salads, etc. What I really appreciate is the energy put into their gluten free menu. Both experiences I had were with a very friendly, efficient staff. I did not have to wait long for my food and the waiters were extremely easy to talk to and attentive to the table. If I am craving some good bar food or a soup/salad I will definitely be choosing this location over the Chili’s a block away.

Forgot my debit card. My waitress must have given it to someone or tried to use it herself. Reason enough to never return. They ran the card at the restaurant fraudulently and 3 attempts at a gas station.

Never fails that I have a great meal and great service at TGIFridays I actually had such a good meal at lunch that I came back for dinner. Lunch: had the chicken Cobb salad. The slight glaze on the chicken was very tasty and they put just the right amount as to not get all over the salad. The bacon was crispy and there was plenty of avacado. Dinner: came back for just the appetizer plate, but was enticed into the desert. I got the 3 sampler with the potato skins, pot stickers and boneless chicken wings. Want a fan of the skins but the rest was very good. Desert.. OMG! I got the Tennessee whiskey cake. This was ridiculously good! The cake was most and the pecans have the right crunch. The sauce on it gave just the right buttery flavor. I would say this is my new favorite dessert from any place! You must get this! The service was amazing. Rileigh was on top of it and super friendly. Ask for her table when you come here. :)

When I think of TGI Friday’s, I imagine like… An elevated Chili’s. It has the same kind of giant, all-inclusive menu where every food genre is represented(pasta, sandwiches, seafood, burgers, tacos, steak, a random Asian-inspired dish). And it has the same casual bar with generic cocktail specials and happy hours. But it’s a huge chain and those things are expected. I think this particular Friday’s has a pleasant, upbeat environment with a positive energy. The employees, from the hostess to our waiter to the manager, were all genuine, attentive, and friendly. Our drinks were always full and we never found ourselves waiting for service. The food itself isn’t exactly inspired, but it’s pretty and satisfying and reasonably priced. My «sizzling chicken and shrimp» was only $ 13, and it was served in a huge skillet. It looked and smelled delicious, and while the chicken was kind of dry and the mashed potatoes had that powdery/probably made from potato flakes-feeling, overall my dish had great flavors going on. The shrimp cooked in a tomato-based sauce was especially surprisingly good. I also appreciate the gluten free menu at TGI Friday’s. Well, they call it «gluten sensitive.» Either way, it’s a thoughtful and quite varied menu with options from burgers(with gf buns) to steaks to sizzlin’ platters. But when we asked if we could have a California Club made with a GF bun, we were told«no, only burgers can be ordered with a GF bun.» That seemed odd… Why wouldn’t they be able to make a sandwich with a bun instead of bread? It’s a simple enough substitution??? Oh well! So in the end, this TGI Friday’s isn’t typically on my radar, but I always have an enjoyable experience there. And I always enjoy going to Lincoln Square!

Went here the other day for the $ 12.99 appetizer deal. What they don’t say on the commercial is that it’s $ 12.99 each person. No sharing and if they suspect that a person who didn’t get that deal are some of your appetizer they charge them $ 12.99 as well. They don’t put in your next appetizer order until you are finished with your current order. This is not ideal if you are the only one ordering the deal. Each appetizer takes at least 10 – 15 minutes to bring out. The waiter we had was terrible. He took forever to check our table and ask if I wanted another appetizer so this added to the wait. My bf was already done with his dish by the time they brought my mozzarella sticks out. The actual food was ok over priced for semi decent quality. Probably microwaved so I don’t know why it took so long. The restaurant was not busy at all. I will not be going here again. I would rather go somewhere else.

First things first… Tip: Someone told me that TGI Fridays is part of the plaza that. No longer does free parking, so I’ve edited this tip to exclude that… Tip 2: A list of 6 – 8 apps are ½ off Sunday-Thursday. If blood pressure or artery blockage is not an issue, this is a money-saving way to get sufficient bang for your buck. Well, I haven’t eaten at a Friday’s in years upon years. They are in the midst of trying to rebrand themselves, just like other restaurants such as Chili’s and Applebee’s. It’s a little bit of a stretch for them to list every ingredient as «fresh-chopped romaine» and«vine-ripened tomato» … Food here is generic bar food. Things that taste best here are fried, as mediocre food is best served piping hot. California club was pretty good actually, though kinda pricey for $ 10 in Texas! I think sticking to burgers and beer post-game should be pretty good options here, which is what I’ll do next time. Service was by-the-book upselling and a little overbearing but had the best of intentions. There are much better options in the area for a quick bite, but this is a good option for free parking and waiting for Game Day traffic to clear out.

The waitress was friendly but food was not good and what you expect from Friday’s. One order of appetizers had to go back that was brought to the table cold and the fries had a hair in them. Lastly the men’s bathroom had the smell of raw sewage. Had I known that before ordering j would have left. I won’t be returning the next time I’m in town.

We went on a Sunday after church. This place was really crowded and VERY noisy. We sat in an area enclosed with glass and the noise level was really amplified. We had to almost yell to the person just across the table. The food selection was good. Two of us selected the 5 for $ 22 samplers. It was good and plenty for two people. The service was a bit slow, but I will chalk that up to the crowd. I was impressed that the manager came out and apologized for the lateness of our food delivery. Not really a TGIF regular. I guess that’s why I only eat there once every 2 – 3 years.
