Let’s start at the end — These people know what they are doing, and they bring a very diverse background of training and expertise. Now a little more detail — I highly recommend Erik(he is the owner/operator of the personal training company), but other team members may be better suited to your particular goals. For example, all the trainers are personable and will design excercise programs to fit any level of fitness, each has special areas of knowledge: Mike competes in martial arts tournaments, and there is a separate training area where you can focus on excercises and movement that emphasize this; Gabrielle brings expertise in nutrition science, and can consult on the effect of your diet; etc. Now the disclosure — The Training Force is mainly run out of the Arlington, MA Gold’s Gym. I have been a member there for several years, and have had ample opportunity to interact with and observe the trainers. They are a diverse group of very interesting individuals, and they work very hard. Erik helped me some years ago to design an extremely effective excercise program, and I have had the pleasure of interacting with several Training Force team members over the years. They are diligently focused on helping their clients meet their goals, and universally bring a positive attitude to their training approach.
