I would not recommend this place at all. We had decided that we would do a five point bustle on my dress and they only did a one point bustle. I did not notice until it was too late though, since I couldn’t really see the back while wearing the dress. Well the bustle couldn’t support the weight of the dress and broke about 10 mins after fastening. So I spent a great deal of time in the bathroom during my reception while people tried to fix it. Also the owner was very difficult to work with and the bodice didn’t lay right after alterations. Which caused me to hate all my wedding pictures because the dress :(By far my biggest wedding regret was my dress!

If I could give this place a negative score, I would! This was the most horrible excuse for a business and bridal shop I have ever seen. The owner is completely rude and unprofessional. Please take your money and business to any other bridal shop. The whole wedding party had issues with her and the items we purchased through her shop. What a joke!!!

Do not work with Mindy. She is not dependable. She said that she would custom make a dress for me and when I emailed to follow up, I get no response or a response days after. Never followed through with anything she promised and always making excuses. I would not trust her making your dress. She said she would send me her portfolio of work, but never did. I guess she didn’t have anything worth showing.

The owners/​staff are WON-​DER-​FUL!!! I can’t say enough good things about them! Loved the dresses!

I called this place after googling a specific bridesmaid gown I found online. Artizta carried the line of dresses, although not that specific dress. The woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful and said if I didn’t find anything, the store was worth the drive to check out their selection. Two weeks later when my bridesmaid dress shopping was not going well, I remembered how friendly they were and thought I’d take the 30 minute drive to Arnold to check this place out. I am so glad I did. They had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses, a well-​laid out store, and a friendly staff that made you feel welcome, but not hounded. When I made an appointment with my bridemaids, it was 90 minutes before they closed. Bad traffic caused one bridesmaid to show up extremely late, but the store said they were happy to stay open late and wait for her. All of us were amazed at how kind they were and helpful. I would totally recommend this place, and only wish I had gone there before I found my wedding gown!
