Rock Roll-O-Rena Roller Rink

GREAT RINK! They refinished the floor in late summer/​early fall of 2013 which makes it the tightest skating surface that I know of in the St. Louis area. The staff is friendly. Good music selection that appeals to adults as well as kids.
Most skating rinks are first and foremost about the kids and that is true at Rock too. But Rock is also a great place for adults to skate too. They always have a song per session for speed skating. They don’t mind if you skate backwards during the normal skating. About once a month they have an Adult skate session. They also have a big screen at one end of the rink where they show the St. Louis sports teams when they are playing. Need to skate during a World Series game, no problem. They’ve got you covered.
If you don’t have your own skates they have a good selection of rentals which include fairly well maintained speed skates and rollerblades.
The parking lot is normally big enough to accommodate their crowds but on especially busy occasions the mini golf lot next door has to be used for overflow.
