Walmart Vision Center

They have a bunch dumb ass kids working the desk. they’re lazy and dont want to give you the time of day. The sit a play on there phones the whole day. And when you ask them a question they act like your bothering them. I cant beleave they even have a job who would hire morons like this. They definitely need to work on customer service and hire some people who actually give a shit about there customers. Im sure if management knew how they were treating customer’s they would no longer have a job. And i hope they read this.

I was pleased. The optometrist was friendly and professional, and gave me a good amount of time. The price was even lower than the last time I got glasses at Walmart. Only downside is that their selection of frames was pretty limited.

I got a frame and prescription here. It was meh, I eventually got them but waited a while.

The customer service and practice here is awful. I would NEVER recommend Wal Mart vision center. The doctor is so rude, it’s pretty crazy to think that a doctor working in a HEALTH field could be that rude. I asked questions about my exam and he basically made me feel like an idiot. I was so unhappy with this place, it is terrible. DO NOT GO THERE PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO GET YOUR EYES CHECKED SOMEWHERE ACCURATE LIKE LENS CRAFTERS. The doctor said I was a 28 26 eye pressure on the puff pressure test and that’s really bad. I thought «there is no way that’s accurate» so I went to a real eye practice in town (LENS CRAFTERS) that was actually accurate and the doctor took the time to do a real test not just a puff test and my eye pressure test was 19 21 which is NORMAL. If you’re smart you will not go here I had an appointment and it wasn’t even written down. NOT TO MENTION THE DOCTOR LET ME DRIVE AFTER DILATING MY EYES, neglecting to tell me to wait at least 20 minutes. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

Horrible horrible customer service! never coming here again. They do half ass job and even the manager is horrible! my friend even told the manager once that he was un happy with the service and said he will go somewhere else, the manager said «then go ahead» What kind of messed up place is this. i recommend that you go and spend a little more at lens crafters for better customer and quality service.

Customer service this afternoon at the Wal-​Mart Vision center was so bad I canceled my appointment. The manager displayed worse than poor service after being told by their Doctor to set up my appointment. She was badgering me for no other reason than her betters told her to schedule me in for a re-do.Reason being their glasses were not working at all, I see better with out them. I am never going back.
