GameStop

I came in here to get a used game. I was stoked they seemed to have many copies of it. After locating it quickly, I tried to browse the selection of other games. Unfortunately one of the employees was re-​stocking the shelves. That would be fine, considering that’s his job and all… EXCEPT for the fact he kept reaching his arm right across my dick tip to put games back on the shelf. I don’t know what GameStop’s best practices are, but I know as a civilized human being, I tend to say «excuse me» when I need to enter a space someone else is occupying. He didn’t say excuse me or apologize for getting up in my business once.
Then I go to pay for my stuff. The store is empty so it should take no time, but I’m standing there a solid two minutes before Crotch Grazer slowly sidles up to ring me up.
None of this would even bother me THAT much, except the game I went in here to get doesn’t work. It’s scratched to all hell. He couldn’t have bothered to check and give me a disc that wasn’t littered with scratches?

This rating should really be a Zero, Goose Egg, Zilch! Great store but TERRIBLE return policy. Buyer beware! We bought a couple games for Christmas. We were never told the return policy is 30 days. We never opened the games and we have our receipt. It doesn’t matter! Here’s the bad business practice — they will give you a trade-​in value for the games (55% of what we paid) yet they can sell the games as NEW since they’ve never been opened. Wow! BTW, Walmart and Target will take a game back (unopened) for 90 days for a full refund. Shame on you GameStop!

I’ve been a gamer since the Atari 2600, and I have had every gaming system that has been released. I know a few things about video games. What I really like is that GameStop employees know about «Games»! They are very helpful recommending games to customers. They are honest about them, and will tell you if the video game is good or not. I get points for games that I buy or trade in, and get discount vouchers. GameStop is always a great experience for me.

Some of the greatest customer service I’ve ever seen, not only did they hook me up with awesome trade-​in deals but I got the game I truly wanted. Thank u ag gamestop
