I was hoping Quizno’s would put Subway out of business. Subway pretty much sucks no matter where you go. You’re gonna spend close to $ 10 for a mediocre sandwich. And don’t get me started on Jared. Anyway, several times I’ve called in an order and they forgot to make it. People that call in orders and don’t pick them up suck, people that take orders on the phone and don’t make them suck. There’s always some nasty Latina with a bad attitude working there, though the faces change. This subway sucks. Inelegant, I know, but I’m trying to be blunt. I lol’d at the review below that says«They’re fucking retards».

Shout out to Scott for taking me and two other customers just as he was trying to close. Their Unilocal profile said they’re open till ten, but he said it’s actually 9. So nice of him to still take us, and be so friendly while doing so!

I have been to this location several times now, and every time it has stuff on floors, dirty tables, and not the nicest customer service. It’s to the point, after I get my food to dine in, I decide to walk out and eat it in my car. I wouldn’t think it’d be that hard to clean up the tables and sweep the floor every once in a while???

Went to this subway location the other day for the first time. We had to wait quite a while to make our order because a customer in front of us had quite a large order and kept making changes on her orders. There was only two workers, and I felt bad for them. I know policy is usually«the customer is always right», but it was ridiculous to have the employee throw away almost everything on the sub because the customer chose the wrong sauce. When it was finally our turn, the guy that took our order was Zane(don’t remember if that’s how it’s spelled), he kept apologizing about the wait. I was actually surprised on how well he took the pressure from the previous customer without snapping at her or having that look on his face that employes usually have when they’ve just about had it. I lost count the number of times she made them change the ingredients, take things out and put things in, etc. accusing them of getting it wrong when me and my boyfriend were standing there hearing what her order was and it was either all four of us had bad hearing, or she was trying to make their day horrible. Anyways, the only reason I’m writing this review is because of that, I appreciate it when I see employees maintain their cool around customers like that. I took one star off because not enough of the ingredients were put on my sub. I don’t know If that’s actually how it’s supposed to be, but the other subway locations I’ve gone to they’re generous about the amount of spinach or any other veggies they put on the sub, but not on this one. I had to ask him to put a little more spinach on one side of the sub since it had less than the other half D:. But this could have very well just been that he was still feeling a little hectic from the previous customer and wasn’t paying much attention to that sub at the moment. Hopefully they’re more generous on the veggies next time :). I update my reviews.
