I’ve been ordering pizza here for about a year already, same order, same ingredients, same toppings… there isn’t anything that has changed. I called today and a girl by the name of Alma who said she was the manager there, after for the 4th time of me telling her that it wasn’t the first time I order the same order she kept telling me that the extra extra cheese wasn’t going to come out right and that it was her business to tell me that and after I kept telling her I’ve been ordering the same order for a year, she kept insisting that the pizza wasn’t going to come out right with an attitude. Bottom line, Alma who is said manager according to her, has an attitude and I wasn’t able to order my pizza tonight, since I was afraid of them spitting on it or doing something to it.

Wish I read the reviews first. The employees here were nice but obviously horribly understaffed. The manager needs to be replaced. The phones were ringing non stop and the staff were just hanging up on everyone. It was sad. If I owned a business I’d cry at this sight.

Tonight I went to purchase bread with pepperoni and wings with no sauce and not by choice !!! It has to be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever got. Definitely not going again and regret telling this location!!!

Pizza Hut is my least favorite pizza chain location. I prefer Dominos best and then Papa Johns. But my mom likes Pizza Hut so I will occasionally order delivery for her since she doesn’t drive and that way I don’t have to drive to bring her food. She’s never had a problem with delivery or the food coming later than expected. Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas for her and some family and it was ready when they said it would be ready and the cashier was nice. My order was correct but I just don’t like the pizza itself. The hand tossed used to be really good but now it tastes like cardboard and the crust has almost a sweet taste to it. I’m not sure if it’s just this location that doesn’t taste good or if it’s all the Pizza huts. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Pizza Hut used to be my absolutely favorite when I was growing up and even in college and now you’re better off getting a frozen pizza.

ordered pizza today, not sure what their management is doing, 1 my pizza was late for about 30min+ also when i called and ask about the food I’ved ordered, the girl on the phone was very rude to me, she just kept repeating that shes very busy and her drivers are at risk of getting robbed (I am sorry buy why are you telling me this?) she said the driver had arrived but was unable to contact me (me and my family was waiting in the living room and the door bell never rang nor were we contacted via phone) this is by far the worst service I have received from any pizza hut anywhere.

This place is horrible. Has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I called to place an order for pickup an hour. When we arrived they had no record whatsoever of our order that had been placed. They said it was not in the system they made us re-​check the Pizza Hut number we called just to make sure it was there’s. Long story short we left with no pizza, no wings and very angry and disappointed in this place and their computer system. We will no longer come here. Don’t place an order for delivery or pickup because you will not be happy with this place. NO STAR

Been waiting for my order for over an hour. Called again and said they will ‘recook’ the pasta in the oven, and since the wings were waiting for an hour, they would make a new batch… Person over the phone seemed irritated when i mentioned that i have been waiting for over an hour, and he said «what do you want me to do?!» Really?

For the second time we had to wait for the pizza and on top of this I had kids at home that were hungry. The employees took longer than how long the app said they were gonna take. We shouldn’t have had to sit there and wait.

Their customer service is HORENDOUS.
They are always messing up orders people ordering pizza that wasn’t even what they ordered and yet they lie and say that’s just how we ordered it or someone called to change the order. IMO don’t go here there are plenty of other Pizza Huts with WAAYYY better service. And the Management is capable of running a store with better customer service and people who actually takes orders correctly! Used to be a good place but I’m guessing because of the management change it went down hill.

So I ordered 2 pizzas and they said there oven got stuck and pizzas were black. I said WTF. The manager gave me my refund and even made me a large pizza any way I wanted it comped. They sure do take care of there customers. Thank you pizza Hut.

From the OJ Simpson Ford Bronco Chase to the Lance Armstrong scandel this Pizza hut and I have been throuh a lot. I think I placed my first order in highschool… jeez I’m old.
Whenever I order from here my friends are always impressed by the pizza quality. They always remark about how much better it tastes than other Pizza Huts.
Give them a call… they won’t let you down.

LIARS. I ordered a large pizza online that was half pepperoni, half pepperoni and sausage with the pan crust. Sounds simple enough but it was not for this place. When my husband went to pick it up, they told him that I called to change the order to a pan crust & he had to wait longer for them to make it. He came home with a Thincrust pizza that was all pepperoni and Italian sausage. I’ll spend my money somewhere else from now on.

So I ordered half pepperoni and pineapple and the other half cheese. I open it to find no pepperoni at all. I told them I ordered pepperoni and they said it’s on there. I said I don’t see any. And she said look carefully… I look and there are three pepperonis on the entire half side of the pizza. Don’t come here and waste your money

Went here to pick up a couple of pizzas. The girl that helped me was nice and she opened the boxes to make sure they were the right ones. I was shocked to see they messed up my 2nd pizza and much to my dismay I had to wait «an additonal 10 minutes» for them to make me a new one. I obliged and proceeded to wait it out.
Those 10 minutes were actually almost 20 but I can let it slide since the girl that helped me thanked me for waiting.
They are kinda stingy on the meats however which is why I couldn’t give them a better rating.
Don’t get their Blake’s BBQ pizza. I don’t recommend it since their sauce is way too sweet and ruins the pizza. I did like the cheese crust on it though.

This Pizza Hut has horrible service. I ordered my pizza over the phone they told me it would be ready in 18 mins I get there in 20 and still had to wait an extra 15 and no one told me my order was ready till I had to ask. The girl working in the front had a nasty attitude. Overall horrible service!

DO NOT! i repeat DO NOT come here to order your pizza or pasta!, youre better off going to a food for less, and BUYING a frozen pizza and making it YOURSELF. this place took my order over the phone, told me it would take 15 minutes, i got there in 20 minutes and still had to wait other 30 minutes! the cashiers and employees there were not the friendliest and to top it all off, there was ONE customer in there! WTF it took you always a HOUR to make ONE SMALL ORDER?! (TWO PAN PASTAS)
btw, when we got it, the pasta was OK, and the breadsticks that came with it sucked ass.
bottom line, i hate you pizza hut on pioneer. i wont be coming back.

BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!!! If you want to eat the pizza that you actually order, then DO NOT get it at this location. I ordered a large pizza, half veggie-​lover and half meat-​lover. When I got my pizza, they gave me half cheese instead of the meat. The worst part is that when I called to tell them, the girl that I just talked to 20 minutes ago first denied to her manager that she took my order. Then miraculously she remembered that it was her, and that she «clearly» remembered that I said cheese. I know that I didn’t say cheese. What pissed me off was that they tried to accuse me instead of admitting their fault. I asked her if I could talk to her manager. They let me wait on the phone for over 5 minutes. It was useless talking to the her manager too because she gets defensive and doesn’t know how to train her employees or run the damn business. They will never have our business again!
