Mallory was a very good server. The entire staff was attentive and kind. I watched them help some of the elderly guests figure out they’re cellphones and make pleasant conversation. Good was fast and good.

I generally like IHOP. I came here for the Turkey Benedict because I have eaten at other locations and found it to be delicious. Grant it this review is based on one single visit where the dish wasn’t up to standards. The staff and the help were just fine and very polite. My bread that the toppings sat on was however old and dried out. The crusts around the edges were as hard as rock and I could barely cut through it, even with the steak knife provided. So in the end, I got my meal with the crust all cut off so I could eat the awesome center. Overall this place is a class act. I love their above average uniforms the employees wear. The Manager does walk around and is involved and prideful of his operations. Last note, I did make mention to my waiter who offered to replace the dish, but I declined as I was more than half done. Will I be back? Absolutely! Was my meal subpar for the visit? I’m afraid it was.

My first time going to this IHOP. Very typical IHOP too. I went a little late at night around 11pm to get my belly full of yummy food. You had the typical crowd there: the folks who just got out from bars/concerts, couples, and of course the sketchy peeps who just hang out in the lounge area. The food I got was delicious of course. There was a hair in my food, but I was hungry and didn’t complain. The back of the kitchen consisted of people with face tattoos. Our waiter was very good though, he even discounted our meal. The table was very clean as well. I didn’t like the sketchy people in the parking lot or the sketchy people just waiting in the lounge area and then leaving only to come back and wait. Also, the lounge area smelled like raw sewage. But I didn’t expect something fancy in the first place.

Food was good, our waitress(Charlotte) was really on it, very nice, coffees never really been the best, was surprised to see the manager come around to the tables, very busy. All an all a good breakfast today.

We had a group of 5 hungry/talkative women. Our server was awesome, in working between our talking and laughing and making sure food order was correct and drinks were filled. His name slips from my memory but I believe it started with a J and was like a biblical name. Anyways Our food was great and the customer service was top of the line!

«That’s on the kids menu, sweetheart» I know how to fucking read… I hate this place the service is so bad and all I want is the funny face pancake like really can I not order that and remember my childhood? Wow. I forgot to thank my wonderful server for the death stare after saying«I don’t care what they say I’m having some of keelan’s popcorn shrimp» The only thing that’s good about ihop is there tasty pancakes but I’m 77% sure there’s spit in mine…

Where to start… My wife and I received a gift card for Ihop and decided that we’d make use of it since we were in the area. To set the pace, it wasn’t too busy maybe 4 – 6 tables with 2 – 5 people each, not bad for 2 servers to handle. For starters the waitress didn’t even come to our table within the first 10 minuets we were there. When she did show up I asked

Alright, so here’s the thing: I never would have ended up at an IHOP if I hadn’t just gotten a coupon with my newspaper subscription for a buy-one-get-one meal. But my wife and I had a hankering for diner food, and there was the coupon, so off we went. The service was excellent; our greeter and our server were attentive and polite. They just seemed like good people. The food was good enough — it’s IHOP, remember? But as we went to pay, the manager had to inform us that for some unknown reason, the franchise owner had not actually gone in on any coupons, and as a result our BOGO coupon was a no-go. Only coupons specifically printed with their address were accepted, not any other general IHOP coupon. The experience sounds like Jake R.‘s below — a good place with good people, and some silly owner making silly decisions. Is it a little funny to gripe about this when the coupon says«at participating locations»? Maybe — but at the same time, why wouldn’t they just buy in on the coupons like everybody else? At the end of the day, I still have a coupon. If I want IHOP again before it expires, I’ll obviously go somewhere else.

Compliment sandwich time! First up, kids eat free from 4−10pm. That’s just awesome right there. A compliment sandwich always starts with the bottom slice of «nice bread.» Now, the lame part… the food wasn’t good. I mean, it’s IHOP, so it’s not like I’m setting the bar real high here, but I do expect the basics. Like, for example, hot food. Ours was tepid at best. Mmmm… lukewarm eggs and room temperature hash browns. We also expect all the food to come out at the same time. My husband got his side of fries a full 20 minutes before the rest of our food. Come on, now! It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to cook ANYTHING at an IHOP. Want to hear the worst of it, though? My kid’s «Funny Face» chocolate chip pancake had the texture of a really bad cake pop. Have you ever had a really bad cake pop? Let me explain. Imagine somebody took a bite of cake, chewed it up for about five minutes, then spit it back out and rolled it up into a ball and stuck a lollypop stick into it. That’s the texture of a really bad cake pop(let it be known that there are delicious, amazing ones out there too… but one bad one can simply ruin your taste for them forever). And that was the exact texture of this Funny Face pancake. When a six-year-old gets treated to a chocolate chip pancake for dinner and barely eats a quarter of it, you know it’s nasty. And now for the the final slice of «nice bread» in the compliment sandwich: the staff here is super-friendly. And the coffee is darn good.

This was a great place to eat, drink coffee, and study. The staff is great, the food is always made right, and promptly, and it is always a generally enjoyable atmosphere. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this location over the last 2 years while working on my bachelor’s, but not anymore… When we went in to get seated we asked for a spot near an electrical outlet(as usual) so that we could use our laptops to study while we eat, but we were told that the owner changed the policy. The hostess/waitress very politely informed us that the owner stated«We provide wi-fi; not power.» Without an electrical outlet I can’t charge my laptop, and therefore cannot work on my school work. As a result, I will no longer be studying at this location. I hope this ludicrous move by the owner saves as much money as they think, otherwise they may lose some EXTREMELY loyal, and frequent customers.
