I call to make an appointment at 1:13pm on a Wednesday (not a holiday). I get a recording saying I have reached them out of business hours. But, they fail to mention what the business hours are.
So now what? I just keep calling until someone answers? How long is that going to take? This is ridiculous. I have never worked for a company that does this. They always provide business hours. Otherwise how would someone know when to call?
This has been going on for years. I keep mentioning it to them when I get through. I call only once a year about so I don’t remember what time they answered.
They must not care enough for their patients to change their message. They are doctors and seem to not care about their customers! This is scary.

They get 1 star because no stars is not an option… This place is a joke of a doctors office. They are rude and disrespectful on the phone. You can expect to sit in the waiting room for hours and hours even with a pre-​scheduled appointment. You can expect to then wait several weeks for results. I was mis diagnosed and payed for medication for something I didn’t even have. Then they wouldn’t reschedule me for a follow up to what I actually might of had because I refused to pay the 20 $ co-​pay for there original shady practices… My advise is check your plan and search for another provider!!! This place sucks

I guess they are marginal for regular patients. However, if you are on Medicare, regardless of supplemental/​advantage plan except for one very specific plan, you are old and disposable and they won’t see you. Good luck, geezers.

I love Dr. Dorotik! She has always been very kind and compassionate. She is very complete with her work and has been a doctor I have recommended to my family and friends. Each family member and friend who has seen her has been equally impressed and has had a great experience!

Terrible… didn’t even get to talk to the doctor. The assistant had to leave the room to do research (whether online or otherwise) regarding my condition. Not friendly or welcoming. Find another doctor.

Strange isn’t it? To actually pay to get poked, prodded, patted, petted, pushed, pawed but never praised.
That sums up this day at the doctor’s office for me. Can’t wait to see what the insurance will cover.

I have been going to New West Physicians for several years now. I usually get in right away, or the desk will inform me if there is a delay. I love my doctor, but I have seen two other doctor’s here as well, and they are all very good and know their medicine. I really enjoy all the staff at this facility as well. I have good experiences every time I am there.
