I’ve been coming to this office for several years. I could never get in to see either one of the two doctors so I always ended up seeing the PA, who is Jane Moore. She is excellent.
The doctors are another story.
Dr. Freedman always looks at me like I’m an alien every time I come in. I don’t think I’ve EVER been seen by her.
Dr. Walter is an arrogent, condescending prick with the bedside manner of a honey badger. He insinuated I was making up symptoms and rolled his eyes at me several times while I was speaking on our first visit. There will never be a second visit.
The nurses are excellent, but one of the receptionists – Shannon – is frequently snotty and bitchy to me.
«You’re really late,» is the first thing out of her mouth when I arrived today. I had a 2 p.m. appointment; she says it was at 11. «But you can go and come back in an hour,» she barks.
I chose to wait the hour.
I asked why no one called me when they said I was «late.» She said, «It depends on staffing.»
And, no wifi in the office.
This is «assembly line» medicine. The doctors don’t care about you, and they REALLY don’t like it when you have questions for them. If you have TOO many questions, they make you schedule another appointment, so you get to pay another copay. And no phone calls or emails to the doctor or PA are allowed. Everything is relayed through one or two people first, like a game of Operator, where everything is misconstrued or made incorrect and incomplete.
I do NOT recommend.

Dr. Walter has been my doctor for almost a decade now. He has always spent the time necessary with me to really get to the root of the problem. I have never felt rushed. His care is excellent and balanced, he lays out all of your options and works with you to make a decision.
