The clothing selection is just ok… But the shining star was employee Karina. We had a complicated transaction, including an issue with our Banana card, and ordering an item from a different store Ina size that they didn’t have in this location. She was super friendly, patient, and just generally great with customer service. Way to go! What could have been an annoying experience in the store turned into a fun time. Thanks Karina!

Love Banana Republic, but this location has bad service. There was no employee in the fitting room. Since all of the rooms require a key to open them, I almost left without buying anything. On my way out I spotted an employee who saw me leave the fitting room. She didn’t offer to help, but I asked her if she could unlock a changing room. She did so grudgingly. Next, I got to the register. There were two employees behind the counter helping one customer and his family. It took one of them several minutes to look up, see that I was the only person in line, and then offer to help me. Yes, some days are slow sale days. That should mean that the few customers you have should be able to get some great customer service! I shudder to think what they are like when the store is actually busy.

Great staff. Everyone was super helpful and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I was here on a Monday evening and it was not busy at all. Some items didn’t seem to have any special discount or price differences from what you might find in a regular Banana Republic, but I did find some items that were on sale up to 70% off!
