Do not rent instruments from the Ashburn store. They don’t keep any payment records in computer. The monthly charges are never consistent. When I asked for the current balance left on my rent to own instrument, the clerk had to go through all of these receipts and paper documents before he gave me the amount. Then the manager, Andy, leaves us a message and says that his clerk made a mistake on the calculations and puts two additional charges on our credit card. He doesn’t give us anything in writing outlining the difference. He just charges it.

This store’s return policy is atrocious. They only accept returns within one week, and then they only offer store credit. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I walked in and the pimply faced teenager behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. I suggest looking elsewhere for professional service.

I am VERY unhappy with this company. I rented a flute for the school year, and it was to be retuned on July 1^st. I returned it a week late, apologized, and asked if I needed to pay a fee for that. The gentleman helping me told me no, it would be fine, and I would see a credit on my credit card for the deposit we had paid. I never saw credit, but instead saw a charge. When I called about this, I left a message and never heard back from anyone. I called a few days later and was told that I was charged for a full month since I was a week late. I then asked why I was never credited for returning the instrument. That was their mistake, they said, so they did credit me the deposit, in the end, but I was still out over 30 dollars for returning the instrument a week late.
I was certainly responsible for being a week late, but I asked about this and was told it was no problem, only to find out it was, in fact, a problem. Having to call twice to get an answer to my question made me very angry, as did not having my account credited as it was supposed to be until I asked three times.
