This place is a joke. The people are horrible rude. The First Lady on the right should be fired!

I went here to get a manicure before a trip and although the experience was decent, the manicure was not. Not to mention the way they handle payment is just plain sketchy.
While my nails were drying I looked at them only to notice that the edges of my nails on at least 3 nails were not covered in polish. Not to mention that the two coats she put on looked only like 1 coat. I asked if she could redo two of my nails (didn’t want to ask for a whole new manicure which was needed) but she did the same thing again (Unfortunately I don’t have pics). Within 2 days my nails were completely chipped and ruined. Maybe it was because I got the basic manicure. Another factor to consider was my color choice which could have affected how dark/​long it lasted. But I’ve had lighter colors look better and last longer. I wish she would have put another coat for the sake of making my nails look decent.
My biggest complaint is that they ask to charge you BEFORE the service… which did not make me feel good about the place… I don’t know of any other services that charge you before they are completed, so this is pretty questionable… They also wouldn’t run my card again for a tip (since it was under $ 10 and I wasn’t going to tip before the service) so I was forced to walk to Harris teeter and buy a $ 2 lip glass to get $ 5 in cash for a tip (under $ 15 manicure so this was more than enough).
If you are looking for an inexpensive, decent experience sort of nail salon, this is it. But if you want a good manicure that lasts longer than 2 days this isn’t for you. I’ve had better luck at other salons in the area.

Got a pedicure here yesterday and loved it! I needed some pampering after the winter, and this place delivered. There was so much included for a very good price– paraffin treatment, scrub, long calf and foot massage, the whole shebang.
I will say that the woman that gave me the pedicure did spend some time on the phone and spent most of the time chatting with the other people working there, so I wouldn’t call this a relaxing spa pedicure. But I had my book with me and honestly don’t care about the «attention» I get as long as the facilities are clean and I’m happy with the service.

Very disappointed. I had gone here several times in the past for mani/​pedi and gel nails, but yesterday was my last visit. I got a mani and a spa pedi ($ 67). Pedi was okay, During the mani, though, she cut my thumb while cleaning up the cuticles. It was bleeding bad enough that the styptic drops didn’t stop the bleeding and it started dripping everywhere and stung like a b****. Also, they could not find the polish that I specifically has requested when I arrived (when you get there and pick your colors, I said I wanted the clear polish called American or Natural. I’d gotten it several times there in the past). It wasn’t until most of the manicure was done and it was time to apply the polish that they discovered that they couldn’t find it. She put something else on and told me it was the same thing, but it’s not. You’d think that after cutting me and not having the polish that I had requested from the beginning that there would be some offer of concession on the price, but no sir. Full $ 67 charged. (I gave two stars because Bryan there is awesome. Unfortunately, with my schedule I usually can’t make appointments in advance so I’m assigned to whoever is available.) There are too many other choices around here so I will take my business elsewhere.

Lysa is great-​nice and clean, accommodating and doesn’t smell bad (some nail salons are a tad smelly) only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that it is a little more expensive than some of the other places…

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I love this place. They do great work. They are always friendly and accommodating. It’s clean and comfy in there. I have been to several other places in town who charge 20 – 30 dollars more then Tiffanys and are not even close to the quality. Last night Madaline did my full set gel. They look and feel awesome. I tell everyone I know to go here.

Only giving one star because the salon was nice and clean. Other than that zero stars for my acrylic fill. I should have gone to my regular salon, but was in a pickle because of timing and I live right behind this place.
Anyway, I came in and picked out regular polish instead of gel polish like I usually get because I wanted two specific colors and they only had one of them in gel. So, my lady was nice enough, but was kind of stand-​off-​ish and ignored some of the things I asked her so I would ask again. She tried to get me to do gel polish and I told her I wanted to do regular polish this time. She then asked me if I wanted a pedicure… If I wanted a pedicure I would have said that I did. Stop trying to sell me on services, I know what I want! She burned my fingers numerous times and was not gentle what-​so-​ever. My nails were all horribly shaped. Some are more rounded, some have completely square corners. Paint isn’t even distributed evenly, I have bumps in the paint and the buffing on the surface of my nail is uneven as well. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. At this point I’m beyond pissed. so I couldn’t wait to get out of there and last minute got gel polish done so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait for my nails to dry. And she made me alternate with one UV dryer because on was broken. I also had to extend my arm out straight for her to paint one hand because the UV dryer was in the way. By the way this took an hour and a half almost… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Low and behold not even 4 hours after having my nails done and my gel polish is already peeling. Wish I never walked in to that salon and of course wish I read these reviews before I even thought of going here. Never returning.

I usually go here to get my nails done and there is only one lady i would trust to get a manicure or full set gel. Madeline is awesome! There are others there that are okay but if you want your nails to look perfect, ask for her. Call before going cause she does get requested often. I think it’s worth it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The people here are SO incredibly rude. As soon as you walk in they rush you to pick your color if you don’t hurry they will keep pestering you to pick and if you don’t hurry any faster they will scoff and make rude comments in Vietnamese. Oh yes, I am Vietnamese and I understand every last word.
I walked out. This place will not be getting any of my service or any from my friends and family and everyone and anyone they know.
I would rather pay less or even more at a salon down the street and get better quality and better customer service. It’s sad that my first impression of this place is so negative.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. I usually use Jane. Some of the staff are quite unfriendly though. So you may End up with a grumpy one. But overall I am usually quite pleased.

I’m fairly new to getting my nails done but I settled for Tiffany’s because it was close. I’ve had my nails done there 3 times and each time I had hoped it would be better which is why I had returned. Every time I would have to return the next day to have them fix them because the nails broke/​chipped that fast. I even told the lady it felt too thin and she told me «no it’s fine» when it clearly wasn’t. Will defiantly not be returning.

I think people need to put which location they visited, in their responses. The Tiffany’s in Ashburn (Ashbrook Commons) is my favorite place. It’s near my office, but even when I work from home, I will drive 30 minutes to get my nails done. Kim, Madeline and Toni all do fantastic work and I would go to any of them. I get my my gel nails filled and I also get pedicures. Everyone is super friendly, the place is clean and nice and my nails always look great. I always get compliments!

The nail technician was very rude to me and when I asked to speak to the Manager, the manager defended the nail technician. She absolutely did not to what I asked her to do and was speaking in her language to her co-​worker about me. I could tell that they did not want my business.

The ONLY place I will trust doing my pedicure. I get pedicures fairly regularly and I have been going here for years. They are always quick to take me back, massage my feet/​legs for a long time, use a parafilm wax (which is so nice) and my toenail polish always lasts for so long.
Two days before my wedding, I had main an appointment at another nail salon for my 4 bridesmaids, jr. bridesmaid, mom, mom’s friend, flower girl, and myself (because they offered a cheaper price) and-​long story-​we ended up leaving halfway through and going to Tifffany’s. We walked in with all 9 of us (carrying champagne bottles and me crying after having been arguing with the owner at the other nail salon) and Tiffany’s took us IMMEDIATELY. They brought cups for the champagne we brought, kept telling me congratulations, were SO friendly. It made my wedding experience all the better!
I will always be a lifetime customer at Tiffany’s. BEST pedicures in town! Hands down :)

I received the best pedicure I have ever had at the NEW location for Tiffany’s in Sterling at 21 000 Southbank, #112, Sterling, 703−444−6663. Hunter was the technician. The salon opened recently and is lovely, relaxing, clean and very professional. I strongly suggest trying it out. My pedicure still looks gorgeous after 2 weeks.

I would never go back to this place ever again.

Bored, unfriendly staff. My nails were the worst I’ve gotten in 15 years. Two broke the next morning. I will not go back.

I used to love going to any of the Tiffany’s nail spas, but since business took off for them, it seems that their quality and service went down — which is bad since they are higher in price than most nail places. Yes they include parafin, but does it really benefit you that much? The technicians seem to be a bit full of themselves too. I can’t stand when my technician talks on the phone, and it happened every time I went. I have stopped going here. PS — I can’t find anyone here that can do gel nails well (microwaving/​warming the gel prior to application is not a good sign).

Tiffany’s is two doors down from another nail salon but Tiffany’s looked less expensive so it got my business that day. BAD idea! The place is clean and spacious with 20 some pedi-​chairs in the back and I was intrigued by my paraffin wax dip thing the lady did on my hands. But that’s where the good times stopped. Although there were many seats open against one wall, I was instead placed between two older ladies getting their fake nails fixed. This involves taking a mini-​sandbelt thing to them and causing all sorts of dust to fly around in the air, on my clothes, in my lungs. While they’re wearing masks, I was left to suffer and breathe in the powdered acrylic. Sure, maybe I’m over-​sensitive being an asthmatic and all…[can’t you hear the violins?]
Next the lady files down the skin around my nails… I’m not sure why. I finally tell her to stop because it hurts too much. Then she decides to use a sharp end of a metal file to dig around the corners of my nails. I think she had it in for me. She finally paints my nails leaving a 1 mm space around the edge of the paint, which might look good to some people (or not) but just looked unfinished to me. Like I had gotten a manicure last week and my nails had already grown out some… and to top it all off it chipped within 1 day.
Never, ever again. I learned my lesson!

The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 is because they recently increased (only slightly) their GREAT prices. Also, the services are a little inconsistant depending on which technician you have. But I guess that is why most people stick with the same manicurist/​pedicurist once they find one they like.
Despite the recent price increaeses, I still find the manicure and pedicure services to be a great value. Paraffin wax treatment comes standard with their pedis and manis. Other places charge quite a bit extra for this service. All the technicians are friendly and pay close attention to detail.
Tiffany’s has comfortable pedicure chairs, flat screen tvs (they often pop in a DVD on the weekends) and they have plenty of magazines to read. They also offer complimentary beverages. The décor is a little tacky, but that is common with many strip mall spas.
