Very bad experience. The wraps were awful they were missing main ingredients. Disgusting!

I’ve been in a few times for a wrap or a smoothie. Each time, when I’ve asked a question about an item on the menu, the employee has been pretty clueless. The service is also very slow, despite there being no other customers there.
However, I’ve always enjoyed the food. I like that you can see them preparing it and know what’s going in your meal. I think it’s a tad overpriced for the amount of food you’re getting.
It’s close to my work so I tend to stop by when I’m sick of the other options. But not my first choice due to the speed of service and price value.

Literally the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had. Even Subway would be ashamed of how little meat was on the club wrap I got. The mountain of lettuce I had to pull out was either wilted and limp or hard as a rock. (I only ate half the sandwich, and I had a pile the size of my fist, and I don’t have small fists.) The «bacon» was in limp, flavorless bit form, and the mayo tasted not quite spoiled, but not like it was entirely good either.
And with chips and drink the total was over $ 9. I would have derived more from setting that $ 9 on fire.

I randomly stopped in to check this place out for a possible lunch. As I grazed over the menu, I noticed one of the employees behind the counter pick out old lettuce leaves from the lettuce pile that would essentially be used for a potential sandwich or wrap. I never just walk out of a restaurant or establishment out of respect and courtesy, but after witnessing the unprofessional way the ingredients were handled, I didn’t want to order anything off the menu or eat from here so I left. It’s too bad I didn’t get to try anything, but this one experience killed its potential for me.

Stopped in with my two year old for a quick smoothie fix on Wednesday. Waited several minutes and even yelled to the back twice… no one ever came up to help us. It was really weird. Keys and matches were out on the counter so my guess is whoever was working went out for a smoke break…

The smoothies are cold, flavorful, and well-​crafted. Their expertise in creating these wonderful snacks or whatever is evident. My favorite is ‘whatever has orange in it’ and they always do a great job.
I tried a wrap once here which I know they push — was less a fan. It took seemingly 8 minutes or more for them to make it with mediocre results.
The staff and storefront is warm and inviting, always friendly faces.
If you enjoy smoothies — stop by Froots, they’re well worth it.

I stopped in at Froots with my friend and her three kids. We ordered fruit and vanilla smoothies and I ordered a greek salad. The salad was delicious and the kids loved their smoothies. On another occasion I ordered a simple protein shake that was delicious and very affordable. I will definitely return here for healthy snacks and for eating out too.

They have the best smoothies and shakes. I haven’t tried their sandwiches personally but my friend has and said it was good. I recommend going here for a nice, cold, refreshing and healthy treat!

I got the best Mediterranean wrap ever here this morning. It was delicious — this new discovery is really dangerous. I think I’ll be frequenting this place weekly. The food is fresh and depending on what you get, it can also be really healthy. I hear this place is notorious for their smoothies but I have yet to try one. The food alone is worth going for. Everything is fresh, they make it in front of you and you can even call in ahead so your food will be ready for you to pick up. I would recommend doing this just because it takes awhile to make the wraps. SOOO GOOD. I can’t wait to go back.
Update: Froots, if not awesome enough before, now delivers to the surrounding area.
