I eat at subway on a regular basis. This is my last favorite location. When I ordered my foot long, there was only enough meat on it for a six inch. I did say something but the kid said that it’s the way he was trained. I belive him and I know it’s not his fault so I said I was sorry and didn’t want the sub any more, and walked out. I’ll just drive down the road to the next location where they seem to be able to make a sub correct.

The whole staff had no idea what was going on, and had a hard time communicating back to simple questions. It was a struggle.

The bread here always seems a little stale and the workers don’t really speak good English. It can be frustrating.

The guys working there had no idea what he was doing. It took forever for one sub, he couldn’t count the meat slices and told me to wait. Do you train your new employees?

Horrible service. I remember scouring the whole store to look for a poster or sign to refresh my memory on the promotional sandwich that I wanted, but there was none. I waited to be served and a short middle-aged Latino woman came to take my order. I told her that I wanted a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. When she asked for the meat I told her that I wanted corned beef. She told me that they didn’t have corned beef so then I asked If they had pastrami and she said no. Then I told her I would settle for the roast beef. While waiting for my sub to toast, I noticed a small container next to the roast beef that was covered. When she asked me what toppings I wanted on the sub, I told her what toppings and then I told her what I really wanted to know was what was in the covered container. By then she had called another worker from the back to ring up my order. I guess that me and the two more customers, that just walked in, were too much for her to handle. When I asked her again what was in the container she said it was corned beef for the Reuben sandwiches. At that point I said that is what I was asking for. She said something to the other Latino lady at the cash register(in Spanish) and I could clearly tell that it was about me. And all she said was debit or credit. I left and I never shall return. I assume responsibility for not knowing how to correctly order my food, but I am greatly disappointed by the service. First of all, the employee obviously didn’t know the menu, secondly she didn’t try and apologize for her mistake or try to offer me another sub. Finally and most importantly, she was speaking Spanish to her coworker, in my face, and it was obviously regarding me. I’m not racist at all, and as a matter of fact I work in a very diverse environment. But my company has a policy to only speak in English unless a client doesn’t speak English. I’m not familiar with Subway’s policy but I hope that this subpar service is only practiced at this location.

Terrible! The cashier an oriental or Mexican lady in her early 40’s was rude and cleaning her nose while passing a sandwich. She then yelled at a customer. Shame to Brambleton!

These people can’t make a sandwich to save their lives. All I wanted was a meatball sub and a Sprite. What do I get? A hot mess of bread, sauce and meat that it impossible to manage. And considering it looked like that before they wrapped it up, you can only imagine my frustration when they willy-nillied wrapping it and made it worse! Thank god I don’t come to Brambleton often.

It was good, not amazing but good pitstop when in the area for sure. Fresh and fast, that’s all I care about:)

I usually enjoy Subway. Not this one. It is kind of off the beaten path. I have been there two times and won’t go back. The ingredients were not very fresh. I like fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I mean who doesn’t? I did not get that here. That is my experience. The people were not very friendly either.

I stopped in here for dinner on the way home this evening — I wanted something light and nutritious, so I ordered one of the six inch Jared subs — turkey breast on wheat, with lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, jalapenos, black olives, black pepper, and yellow mustard. With a bottle of water. This place really needed a couple more employees working, There was a steady line of folks coming in — and the two guys working the counter could not keep up. Not to mention both of them had the personality of wet cardboard. No smiles, no hellos, just a lot of grunting. After getting my food, I went back up to the counter because the guy had stuffed my sandwich into a bag — he never asked me if it was for«here.» So I asked the lady at the front of the line if she could reach over and hand me some napkins. Which she cheerfully did. A few minutes later, she sits down at the table next to me with the food for her and her family(her husband and two adorable little girls were with her). I overheard her telling her husband about some problem she had with the guy at the register — apparently he got all out of whack because he saw her hand me napkins and he was upset that she gave me to many! Unbelievable!(I’d guess she handed me eight napkins — I used two). I heard her say something about getting charged for the napkins. So I interjected myself into the conversation, I insisted on reimbursing her for whatever charge they made for the napkins. Turns out they did not charge her for the napkins — but she was annoyed with the counter guy and told him she would pay for the napkins if it were such a big deal. What a hassle, I may never come here again! To bad, the sandwich was good. *2 stars* for idiotic service.
