Seriously have no idea what’s wrong with this place. I had to give a «hellooo?» before anyone came on the drive through speaker, waited in line for over 5 minutes behind 1 car, then they had to ask me my whole order over again when I got to the window, and I waited again. Very strange, seemed like nobody had any idea what was going on.

It’s Taco Bell, so what do you expect? The food is fast-food slop, but decent. The reason for the lack of stars is that even though this is fast food quality, the service here is slow. Incredibly so, no matter what time you arrive.

I’ve always enjoyed this place and I’ve always gotten 3 or 2 tacos with meat and cheese maybe mild sauce, but I will make sure that next time I go there to get a new taco and I recommend to everyone else out there(if you’re reading this) that you should try this place…

I have been to this location several times only due to the fact that it is across the street from where I work. I go at varying days and times and it is always the same thing. The service here is horrendous. Today 11÷3÷2015, I made my way across the street at 15 minutes until 2pm. I went inside to order because as per usual the drive-thru had 5+ cars. It is usually faster inside, today no such luck. I order one of the most basic meals on the menu, quesadilla, crunchy taco and a drink. Should take about 3 – 4 minutes max. I stood on a sticky floor waiting for over 15 minutes. When you only have a 30 minute lunch break that isn’t even worth going. I could have gone to the 7 – 11 and been able to enjoy my meal instead of trying to eat my lunch in 4 minutes. They seriously need to clean up their act and the sticky floor situation, get the employees either better training or start fresh with new ones. I will no longer be eating here and what a shame because I love KFC/Taco Bell.

Honestly, I’ve been wanting to write a horrible review for this Taco Bell. The restaurant is always sticky, the drive-thru takes an extraordinary amount of time, and only about 50% of the time my order is correct. However, I spoke to one of the employees Nadeem yesterday. He was kind, polite, and conversational. He even caught a mistake from another employee making my meal: he was professional and courteous as he explained the mistake to the other employee. He apologized for the delay and even threw in a free cookie. It is very apparent how much he cares about his employees and his position within this company. This is the type of customer service I expect and enjoy. It is the only reason(besides pure convenience that is Taco Bell) I will keep coming back to this location. Thanks for your hard work, Nadeem! Keep it up!

Went there around 5 separate times and every time I’ve gone it has been horrible. Consistently low staffed and orders are frequently mess up. Over all a terrible restaurant I suggest finding another fast food restaurant, or if you really want Taco Bell search the next closest restaurant.

I went through the drive thru and got the 2 piece chicken meal. Food was fine, though I was asked which type I wanted and I asked for grilled and got fried. After I drove away, I realized I had no napkins and no spoon for the potatoes. Just what you get these days as far as service goes.

I have been to this location plenty of times. It’s always the same story. The people working here are always friendly to me. The speed of the service is on par with other taco bells. What makes this place horrible is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and floors are always dirty. Tables are sticky and trash is all over the places. This last time, all the trash cans were full and you could barely get anything inside. Food wise, I haven’t had any issues. Typical Taco Bell fair. You just don’t get a warm and fuzzy feeling eating inside when it’s a dump in there.

Horrendous. I ordered the Chicken Cantina Bowl. When I got home and openedit, there wasn’t ANY chicken on it, very little lettuce and the rice was crunchy. Complete waste of money.

i wish they have ½ star rating option… been to this lcation 3 times now. First time ordered chicken tenders, they were really slow and the food was not even fresh. the potato wedges were warm, chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. Second time was through drive thru for taco bell. messy presentation, and food was cold. Third time was a dine in. Same thing, potato wedges were barely warm, chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. The worst part, they served the food in a generic plain white Styrofoam plate(I love KFC, so i’ve been to a few and i’m sure this is not standard serving plate).

So, I pulled up in the drive-thru and the line was not moving for 2 minutes, so I parked and walked in. I noticed there were a lot people standing around and waiting. While in line, I watched the employees in the kitchen working and they were moving slow, and people’s orders were coming back incorrect. They walked extremely slow, they worked slow, and just looked like they hated being there. After 5 minutes of waiting, I got to the register and asked how long the wait for food was. The employee quietly said, «It’s a while.» I told him that we’re not waiting and we’ll just go some where else and we turned around and left. I couldn’t tell if they were having an issue or not, but regardless, they should be telling people that they are backed up and that there is a delay. The staff said nothing. This is the worst Taco Bell/KFC. In Ashburn, Moe’s is a better option for fast food Tex-Mex and Popeye’s is a better bet for fried chicken.
