We have used Lance on many occasions. A couple of the jobs he’s done for us include installing a range hood and tiling our bathroom. He had to custom design threshholds for the tile job and they were excellent. He is always prompt and courteous. He also prices very fairly. I would definitely recommend Lance to others.

Lance came over, looked at what I needed done, and then never got back to me. I tried again a few months later because I still needed work done and again there was no response.

After coming by to view work and indicating he would send me an estimate, owner never followed up. I sent a reminder and still nothing. How unprofessional. I would have appreciated being told promptly that my job was not of interest. A waste of my time and it delayed getting the work done by someone else.
