Sara and I worked in person as we scouted a house for a family member. When I went back east, Sara took the helm and went above and beyond, in all that she did. She arranged for any and all inspections, bids, quotes, repairs, she was fantastic. She would absolutely be a go to person for anyone looking to rent or buy a property in the area. Go Sara!!!

Sara was a wonder worker. We purchased house and had lots of problems crop up. She was very pro-active in helping us solve these problems before closing. She stayed in touch, and kept us up to date on the progress of the sale. I couldn’t have imagined she would do so much. She went way beyond the call of duty on this one. Don’t hesitate and call her.

Sara helped us buy our new home in Ashland after moving from Los Angeles. She was easy to work work, made herself available to us whenever we wanted to look at houses and was patient throughout the lengthy buying process. Would highly recommend contacting Sara!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Talent, OR
When we decided to move from San Francisco to Talent, Oregon(just north of Ashland), a 40-year friend recommended to us HER realtor — Sara Walker. We had a very complicated situation — two retired veterans, limited fixed(but guaranteed) income, and two VA home loan benefits to combine. Also, we had the«realtor’s nightmare» combination: really good taste plus a very tight budget. Sara more than rose to the occasion. We drove up, spent two days with her looking at a brilliant list of possible houses(she REALLY listens, and is REALLY organized), and found a new home which we could actually(possibly) afford. She also introduced us to her Ashland, OR «network» of other help, including a terrific residential mortgage broker — who ALSO took us under HER wing. Our ‘deal’ was complicated because now-a-days, financing institutions(the same banks who sloppily ‘gave away’ trillions in stupid loans ten years ago, have now«flipped» and make getting a mortgage a near-nightmare. And don’t forget Homeland Security, now snooping into every mortgage transaction — assuming that any(non-rich) homebuyer is a criminal trying to launder money. You couldn’t make this stuff up! AND, the VA(bless its heart), put us all through many more hoops — triple inspecting our home and requiring our poor seller to go WAY beyond the call of duty meeting the VA’s criteria. Sara was the ‘ringmaster’ and coordinator of all of this. Cheerfully thinking ahead, giving us tactical suggestions, handling problems for us(we were back in San Francisco). On top of all THAT, she is kind, funny, a brilliant improviser — and(obviously) extremely experienced, knowledgeable and(appropriately) assertive. Our mortgage brokers described Sara to us as: «The best of the best,» and also«a joy to work with.» So, two old vets got their home, and Sara is our hero for going SO far beyond the call of duty to make everything happen. If you want a great person, a consummate professional and someone who takes responsibility for«the deal» in a very old-fashioned way — Sara Walker should be YOUR realtor, too. BRAVO.
