Worse service ever… We got seated after a while, this was fine since we were eating at like prime time breakfast hours. We get seated and it takes another while to get our hands order in. We got our food and my bennies were over cooked, i sent them back and it took 20 – 25 min to get my plate back. My bf was done eating by the time i got my food back. They finally come back after we tell the waitress we’ve been waiting for my plate to come back. The salmon had obviously had been left on a heating plate, instead of smoked it was completely over cooked. We finish eating and we cannot get anyone’s attention for the check. Definitely not a good spot for first time Aspen visitor’s. Total bummer and a terrible way to start the day.

I don’t give many 5 star ratings, but there was not one single thing wrong with our breakfast or our service! I thought I had eaten the very best«California Benedict» breakfast, but the West Coast Benny is phenomenal! The poached eggs were perfect and the hash browns were a great complement. The pancakes were fluffy and light, and my husband’s omelet must have been divine because he ate every bite(he’s not a big breakfast eater). The bacon was just right — not too chewy and not too crisp. And, the orange juice tasted like it was freshly squeezed. Get there early or plan to wait for a table. This place is worth it!

Aspen Over Easy is a fun and quirky place! They have great food here and tons of things to look at. We went here on X Games weekend and found a table very quickly. Everyone in this place was having a good time! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the big menu. They have tons of options of breakfast meals or lunch and dinner as well. I ordered a burger with egg on top and it was delicious! They also have a fully stocked bar, which is always a plus on vacation! After seeing photos of the breakfast on Unilocal,I definitely need to go back and try some of their breakfast items. They look delicious! I would definitely recommend people try this restaurant out, one of my favorites in Aspen!

This place is a good spot for a diner type breakfast, which is rare in Aspen. The highlight of the menu for us was all the different Benedict’s on the menu. And best of all, you can mix and match. So we had the West Coast, Al Pastor, Biscuits & Gravy and Crab Cake Benny’s. They were all very well prepared. I would have given a higher rating, but the side potatoes and grits were pretty Plain Jane. And the fresh squeezed OJ was $ 7.50.

Aspen Over Easy has a crazy unique vibe that works for it. Wood décor with a variety natural and painted art. The food portions are generous for the price and delicious! Breakfast all day is never a bad thing!

I looked up a few places to eat before heading to Aspen and this place stood out. The food was really good. I had the huevos rancheros. The pancakes were delicious! Must try. Their orange juice is 100% natural and very very good, they have a little machine that makes it throughout the day. There staff was nice and welcoming.

A locals favorite though the patrons are mostly a mixed bag of visitors and locals. Great breakfast and lunch place to enjoy. Mostly great food. Had the waffles with bacon inside, delish. Service is mostly good and the staff was always nice when we went here, though the service can be a bit spotty when the place gets busy.

This place is exactly what we were looking for. A quaint, cozy, casual, LOCAL, diner. Even though we ordered to-go, they treated us like dine-in customers. The place was roaring with people and tables were being bussed left and right. In this environment it could have been easy for the staff to tell us «no to-go orders,» but they didn’t treat us that way. Instead, our food was delivered just as ordered within 15-minutes. Salmon Bagel — AMAZING! You get all the fixin’s and VERY generous portions of smoked salmon. It was soo sooo soooo good people. It was all served in great conditions for eating in our car on the drive from Aspen to Denver. The 4 of us were so happy and no complaints whatsoever. The waitress even refilled my coffee cup that was half way by the time the food was bagged up.

Amazon breakfast. Went there two days in a row it was so tasty. Great bloody marry and fresh OJ. Had the Aspen special, which is really enough food for two.

Nice small place in town for breakfast. The have specialty Benedicts such as the Reuben Benedict and fresh squeeze fruit smoothie bar amongst the usual breakfast fare. Since I’m a sucker for Reubens I had to try the Reuben Benny as well as a side of biscuits’n’gravy as I was told this is something the do particularly well. The Benny had small dry pieces of corned beef with hardly any thousand island or sauerkraut on the English muffin. The taste of the hollandaise sauce left me with the assumption that they use the powder hollandaise not make real sauce. And the egg was hard poached. So, I’ll say that I enjoyed the hash browns on this dish. Saving grace was the biscuits’n’gravy, delicious Italian sausage gravy over crisp & soft biscuits. Service was good and ambiance is exactly what you’d expect from a small local mom & pop breakfast place.

We had a great breakfast here on a very busy Saturday morning. It was about 10am when we got there so we figured that the place would be swamped, and it was. However we only really had to wait about 15min or so to get a table… there was a host there that was very on top of things in terms of getting everyone seated and tables cleared in a timely manner, which we appreciated. The service was fine… we didn’t feel like we were forgotten or anything like that… our server was adequately attentive. The food was also good — I had the reuben benny which is a great idea! I would have appreciated a tiny bit more sauerkraut… but other than that it was delicious. My only real complaint is that when dining indoors it can get quite loud in there when packed to capacity… but that’s just my personal preference to not have loud dining experiences… i’m sure that most aren’t bothered by such things. We will definitely be back for breakfast next time we’re in Aspen!

Waited at our table for 15 minutes and decided to get up and leave since no one acknowledged us at any point.

Actually, the menu, the busser who offered us water and the fresh green drink we had(Mood something) get 4 stars. The one star is for the greeting we received from a fellow we suspect was the manager who seated us. We were so looking forward to our late breakfast(which they get points for serving all day). Our friends recommended it as a ‘must go’ for our first visit to Aspen. But the food and service were both cold. We ordered breakfast quesadilla which was very tasty & at least warm, even though the eggs were over done. It was served with very good fresh guacamole. And we ordered Reuben Eggs Benedict because I’m a Reuben freak and since they offer the sandwich too, I thought ‘why not’? The fact that it sat under a heat lamp for who knows how long probably contributed to the eggs being nearly hard cooked, the corned beef and the hollandaise being dried out. The sauerkraut seemed to be missing altogether. Our server never checked on us. With some effort we flagged her down and I said«My food is cold. Can I please have some warm hollandaise ?» «Sure», she said, and brought tepid sauce without so much as offering to refill our water. So we asked. She came back and for no apparent reason filled 1 glass, not both. I guess it became obvious we were done. She came with our check and cleared the table with no offer of coffee or dessert. So, in case you are thinking we are picky and demanding diners, nothing could be further from the truth. We eat out often and our favorite places range from local dives to haute cuisine. We are friendly & gracious. Having both been in the service business, we are very generous with our gratuity…20 percent is where we begin. Not today.

Pretty decent breakfast. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and Aspen Over Easy delivered. I got the croissant sandwich with cheddar and bacon and my only gripe was that the croissant was a little too oily. The bacon on the sandwich was surprisingly thick, in a good way. My mom ordered the huevos rancheros, which she was content with, but not blown away. They have a good selection of food and other things seemed interesting at well. My mom cosigns on the fresh OJ! For something reasonably priced, I’d recommend checking out. We had a relatively short wait to sit on a Sunday AM at maybe 11AM-ish.

Pretty good for a place that offers the standard burgers and sandwiches and soups and salads etc. I had the barbecue ranch burger, which was which was good, but nothing extraordinary deserving five stars. My friend at the over easy burger, what she said was also pretty good. We ordered here because we were upstairs at Aspen brewing Company. It was convenient, and filling. I get the job done, but not five stars worthy

Just tried Over Easy this weekend and I’m a fan! This is definitely the best breakfast I’ve had in Aspen. Far better than Main Street café. One of the locals I was with made the recommendation to try the breakfast quesadilla. OMG, it was so good. Everything about it was awesome and their hash browns are crispy and perfect. The others omelets, which they enjoyed greatly. Décor is cute/cozy, wait staff was attentive even with the busy crowd. Big breakfast menu plus all of the above = no brainer for breakfast in Aspen!

Went here for a late breakfast. Food was amazing, staff was super friendly, prices were reasonable for Aspen. They did have their computers go down so it took a little longer than I think it normally would have, but it was well worth the wait. If you are in Snowmass or Aspen I HIGHLY recommend stopping by here.

I loved this place, and if you are sitting outdoors, you really can’t beat the view! It overlooks Aspen Snowmass! The food was amazing, and so were the mimosas. I ordered a mix and match benny over a toasted croissant instead of an English muffin. LOVEDIT!

Breakfast served all day long. I love the mix n match benedict menu and ordered a florentine and a west coast benny. Not the best benny I have had but pretty good. The west coast has bacon on it and I love bacon– first benny with bacon and avocado. It’s a pretty awesome combination. The eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise just was just ok and I wasn’t a huge fan of the unpacking flavor of the grits and the hash browns were a little too crispy. I unlocked a Unilocal deal and got a free pancake– we tried our first oatmeal pancake– that was surprisingly delicious. Today I am home wanting another one. The service was fast and our server was friendly and I would try it again because it was a good experience.
