Broadway Cafe

First of all this place is a bodega, not a café. There are no tables inside and all they have are your typical bodega deli sandwiches.
Beware, DO NOT BUY THE
COUPON for Broadway Café! They will argue and try not to accept it. All I got were some egg sandwiches and smoothies. Terrible customer service.
When I tried to pay the cashier guy refused to accept it even though they obviously list/​advertise it on
. He literally called his «boss» on the phone and handed me the phone to talk to the boss. the guy starts lecturing me about how he doesn’t make money on these and so he can’t take them. I literally started walking out since it was so ridulous when the cashier waved me back in and finally accepted it.
Also, SPEED is TURTLE SLOW SPEED. It literally took him 45+ minutes to make 2 egg sandwiches and a smoothie. I can’t imagine what this place would be like at lunch time if there is a line with this one guy working the entire store. He took so long to make the eggs that were overcooked too. Eggs cook fast…
The cherry on top was my girlfriend, who is lactose intolerant, ordered a coffee with no milk and he puts MILK in it, a lot of milk.
After all that the sandwiches were just OK, I could make better eggs at home. Smoothies are OK but overpriced.
Just don’t go here.

My new go-​to spot for cheap, delicious egg and cheese sandwiches. $ 2.50 for an egg & cheese, and $ 1 for a coffee.
This place just got a major facelift, and it looks great! It’s got a huge selection of sandwiches, wraps and paninis, cheap coffee and tea, and free wifi. They also have a healthy juice bar, and a make your own salad option. There are a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your cheap bacon, egg and cheese and coffee while you surf the internets.
