Fortunately, this location is just steps from Planet Fitness. So, the other day, I came in with my sweats and a big jacket on(a cold day). Immediately, the security guard frowned and followed me. He was with in a foot from my body the entire time I was browsing and stared at me the whole time. Discriminatory and rude. I WANTED to buy something. It was awkward. After that and never having a real employee approach me, I left. Too bad I can’t talk about clothes or store quality. I couldn’t even get that far…

Stop here for the after Thanksgiving sale and as soon as I worked in I was ready to walk right back out the store was too crowded for my taste. I browsed around looking for some potential gifts and when I want to ask a sales associate a question she looked at my rudely and walked away. Seriously, where’s the customer service. I decided at that point I would not be making a purchase. My cousin however was still looking around for some things. I was approached by a nice sales associate who asked me if I needed anything and she was quite nice but I jus wasn’t feeling this store by this point. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and trying coming back on a less crowded day

They hire some lazy air heads that don’t even know how to do the job. When they don’t know how to do something they just say contact customer service if you bought it online. It took almost an hour to just multiply some numbers for a return.

I like this NY&CO location because it is easy to get to. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. But the only issue is that they don’t have a lot of the petite sizes at this location. I like their sales and the brand. I wish they would of had more of a sales rack.

I really liked the selection at this NY& Co. The layout is large and includes work attire, casual attire, and workout attire. I was immediately greeted by multiple salespeople — a bit excessive, but they were obviously glad to have people on a rainy day. I appreciated that they mostly left me alone after that initial greeting. I find NY& Co.‘s pant styles confusing — which is not this branch’s fault — but I felt like once I picked the style I wanted, the pants were grouped in not obvious places throughout the area. Sometimes they were not well marked. Their sales rack was nothing to write home about, but that disappointment was made up by their great accessory display, right by the cash register.
