Great pizza. Also great pat as such as pasta with vodka sauce and spaghetti and clams. Super friendly and quick service.

The restaurant itself is a nice little shop, but the food was all right. I got a caesar salad and a meatball sub. The salad was very good, but the sub was all right. I wouldn’t recommend the netball sub here, not much sauce or flavor to the meatballs

Just passing through and needed something quick to absorb some of the alcohol before I met my date. Ordered a slice and asked the guy behind the counter if he would throw in a garlic knot for me to try and he did! Slice was pretty standard but not too greasy; my one garlic knot was compliant and tender! Scarfed it all down and went along my merry way, satisfied and content! «Really…all I care about is pizza and like four people.»

I have a current jalapeño popper obsession. I get them from here whenever I get the craving & they always are great! I’ve tried the pizza slices & they’re better than average. The delivery guys are always sweet & the prices are good.

Definitely try the square slice with tomato mozz and basil, it’s fantastic. The others are good, but that’s the best I’ve had so far. I’ve always take it out but it seems like a chill place to hang out and eat. Their fried dough bites are awesome too. Nothing crazy good, but above average.

Two stars is a bit generous… and only because delivery was quick, the prices are cheap-ish, now I know where to get Taco Bell-style food near me, and they may have other items which are decent. Howsomever, this is an encyclopedia level of «You get what you pay for.» Though, with the pesto dish, rip off. Order bolognese(with fettuccini substitution), and linguini pesto(add chicken and veggies). They made the substitution. But both pastas were beyond overcooked, as in fell apart when trying to transfer from the delivery container into a bowl. Near mush consistency when eaten. Bolognese was loaded with liquid smoke, and tasted just as fake. Pesto was fine, but vegetables are frozen green bean/corn blend from a bag(possible from a can… couldn’t tell… and had to hunt to find a few little mini nubs of chicken(honestly, could hardly find any). Really not sure either can stand up to being reheated for lunches(as they were intended to be). Might be a complete throw away. Maybe the pizza is decent. Forgot to mention I ordered up a steak quesadilla. There was what I presume to have been steak… cheese…and two tortillas. Taste just like taco bell… but«homemade»? But won’t try again, unless I want Taco Bell and can’t get it, due to the really shameful display on the pasta.

I love this place, the owner and the workers. All all truly great people. The pizza here is outstanding. I always get a slice of my choice, alongside a chicken wrap that they carry and I ask them to stuff it with extra cheese and pepperonis. Love it!

First off the only reason I’m even giving this place one star is because the delivery was super fast and prompt. I ordered just a basic plain cheese pizza and let me tell you it was the absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. I don’t know what these people use as far as spices go but my boyfriend said their pizza tasted like the bottom of a shoe, aka rubber. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and if there was it’s like they drained it of all the spices. I don’t understand how a place like this is still in business. DONOT I repeat do not eat their pizza.

Tried this place out for the first time. I was looking for a place that made a good Buffalo Chicken Pizza. My usual pizza place changed ownership last year and since then it has really been bad. I ordered a Large Buffalo Chicken Pizza and we also had a Chicken and Tomatoes Pizza. Both were really good. Will definitely try this place again for other pies, but definitely when I am in the mood for a Buffalo Chicken Pie!

I used to visit this place everyday after school for pizza. Now as a woman close to 30, I miss it daily and will definitely be making a trip to AQ soon! The staff is very nice and the food is delicious.

Good prices. Generous size food. Good quality. Small pie $ 11. Large $ 13. Grilled chicken house salad is big and generous. Dressing is plain. Just oil and vinegar. Comes w/a piece of italian bread. Never got delivery so can’t speak to that. But got food and ate there and it was fast and hot. Staff is nice and friendly. This is a stupid thing to like, but they have super long straws that fit in soda bottles. Makes so much sense. Lol. It’s not the world’s most amazing pizza(can’t beat Rizzo’s) but it’s solid and tasty. A good neighborhood place. I don’t think they are open super late if you’re looking or drunk pizza though. You can order online and get half pizza toppings and even choose which side you’d like the topping on so you can mix and match. Brilliant.

The food here is absolutely horrible. It taste so plain and bland. I ended up not finishing the food and wasted all my money. I am NEVER coming to this place EVER again.

Pizza at this place is just OUTSTANDING. The specialty slices are unbelievable and the service is as great as the food. When you’re looking for some good pizza, Piazza’s will rock your world. They deliver too! This place has the whole package!!!

One of the best pizza joints in the hood. Nothing fancy or groundbreaking just solid slices and friendly service. There are at least two other pizzerias closer to me but I pass them over for Piazza.

I’m not giving the place 1 star I’m giving their burritos 1 star(none if I could) I guess that’s what I get for ordering a burrito at a pizzeria… worst ever… and definitely not what it says in the description. Pizza is great tho! So don’t stop going just make sure you don’t order any non Italian foods :)

Astoria’s pizza scene is a difficult one for me to navigate. The pies in this ‘hood are either extremely oily with floppy crust or delicious, but over priced gourmet pies. Sometimes a girl just wants a comfortable and delicious pie and nothing more. Piazza’s Sicilian pie is where it’s at people!!! With deep, golden crust, and not overly greasy their Sicilian pie is a win. I prefer this pizza to the traditional NYC rounds I have tasted and it holds up during delivery! You can expect to find your pie intact and not jumbled against the bottom of the box. I would recommend ordering it with extra sauce though, the crust is over powering otherwise. This girl likes a saucy pie!

Being lucky enough to live in Astoria, I am at no shortage of great places to eat. Pizza is plentiful, with establishments ranging from midtown-dollar-esque slices to high end artisanal pies. Piazza is somewhere in between. They do a very respectable slice of cheese, but also have a few more adventurous selections on the counter to try. I agree with many here that their buffalo chicken pizza is delicous, and the chicken and broccoli is quite good as well. If you’re looking for change-your-life pizza heaven, this isn’t it. But, if your tastes and wallet vaguely resemble mine, you won’t be disappointed either.

They have my favorite buffalo chicken pizza in Astoria. The price is right, and even better, the delivery is super quick(read: «how’d they cook that pizza so quickly!?»). They do, and it’s good.

If you are a native New Yorker like me, no one knows NY Pizza better and this place rocks take out pizza. I asked for a thin crust pie and cheese calzone. I got both and have to say, hands down THEBESTTAKEOUTPIE in NYC. Rizzos move over, if you want a straight up cheese round pie call Piazza Pizza. My calzone came with a side of marinara sauce that had so much flavor it was better than grandmas! And the Calzone. thin crunchy NOTDOUGHY and full of tasty mozzerella and ricotta :) Ordering tonight!
