Bathroom is always closed. This is my fourth consecutive visit. l called corporate office yesterday, and guess what the restroom is still closed. Someone needs to be held accountable. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Literally go to this Starbucks at least 2 – 3 times a week before I get my hookah sesh on. The baristas know how to make the drinks well and they are so friendly and welcoming. Very spacious location but I hate how it’s ALWAYS crowded!

The staff here is amazing (with the exception of two or three who don’t do much to add to your day); everyone is friendly and attentive.
I’ve never had an issue with my order and the place is always clean.
I study here pretty at least 2 days out of the week, like literally 5hrs at a time and I’ve never witnessed anything to upset me.

I enjoy this location more than the woodside one because of the size and seating with PLUGS!
Next, there are a few things I don’t care for but not deal breakers either. One, the line is always huge and when I first originally went to Starbucks you would bring a book and relax but times have changed. The noise level is high and I don’t understand how anyone studies or gets work done but that is not part of the review just my frustration.
Lastly, please, please, have the stations with milk ready as I don’t feel like going to the counter everyday and ask but i digress and state that its a good starbucks.

Love the new order out option and baristas are very friendly! I enjoy seeing the same baristas that are friendly and provide quick service. I don’t frequent the café as much since it’s not exactly on my way to work, I wish it was closer:(I would probably opt for this location over any Starbucks anytime. They perfectly contribute to the Astoria charm:)

Renovated over the winter of ’14/’15, it’s now a popular hangout for people with nothing better to do. While it’s impossible to find a seat, the line almost always moves quickly and the Team is always friendly.

I am reading all the bad reviews people wrote here an just don’t understand than. It is a Starbucks, located at a very busy street. I had coffee here more than 100 times, and each one if the visits ended with good coffee that was made in few minutes.
WHen I buy coffee from Starbucks, what I want is fresh coffee, and get it quick. Starbucks offer both!

Absolutely love this place! Every time I go I’m treated with professionalism and more importantly kindness. Everyone knows my name and order. What more can a girl ask for? I have been to many other Starbucks but usually find myself comparing the service at those locations to this particular Starbucks. It definitely does not compare. Just recently got transferred to a new job location but will make the trip on the weekends to visit this location. LOVE Taneisha and Nicole. They are super friendly. Thumbs up for the staff here for sure.

As a gold member, customers are told that they can get refills regardless of their original purchase. However, at this location I was told that I would not be able to get a refill and two of the employees told me that it is their manager’s policy. When did individual Starbucks location start making their own rules?
I had ordered a grande Very Berry Hibiscus and wanted to get a refill with iced coffee. But the barista informed me that I can only get refills if my original drink was either a coffee or tea. I proceeded to show the barista the Starbucks website (
) which clearly states that I should be able to get a refill. However, he still continued to say that I would not be able to get a refill and that each locations differ.

The Steinway Street Starbucks location is definitely closed. Stopped by a few days ago, and yesterday as well— there’s a signed on the door that says it’s closed. Hope it’s just so they can remodel and reopen again sometime soon!

First time I was there it seemed that the manager couldn’t control the baristas who were cursing and yelling at one another.
A few people were clearly uncomfortable with them and seemed that they couldn’t wait to get their coffee and leave.

Always friendly employees where do you find that in a work environment?
this is by far the best starbucks i have visited. other locations either looks unhappy working or they do not care but this! one! FULL BLAST 5 STARS!

I can’t believe no one has written a review for this place yet. As far as Starbucks go it’s your standard seating in the front order in the back kind I place. Pretty clean (as far as franchises go) staff is nice enough and I can honestly say ice never had a bad experience at this particular Starbucks.
It’s got a kind of community vibe going, you will see people being their laptops to use the free wifi and either skype or chat with people for free.
The neighbor hood is probably the nicest in queens, so the amount of homeless traffic is at a minimum.

The seating was decent, but the wifi went in and out and wasn’t even strong enough for the tables closest to the door.
The coffee was fine, your average Starbucks tolerable, but because of the non-​existent internet I was unable to get anything done.

Today was my second time at this SBUX. I am impressed with the layout of the place. The first time I was here my drink was skipped over by the barista 5 times before it was made. it was a half caffeine americano because they didn’t have any decaf coffee left over. I would have gladly taken a pour over half decaf for all of the time it took.
During my second trip I ordered a half decaf coffee and I guess I was given one. I went to get a refill and the barista told me that «its okay this time but normally you have to stay in the store. The decaf was gone 6 hours ago» First thing first I didn’t get to store until after 6pm and I did not leave the store at all. The second thing is what the hell did the person give me in my first drink? full caffeine? 4 hour old decaf ?
I love Starbucks I get a good bit of schoolwork done at most of them but I am disappointment in the service today.

They sell coffee here. It’s ok. Go for their chocolatey chip chunk cookie, vanilla bean scone or a cake pop (salted caramel & red velvet are to die for!), it’s memorable cake on a stick. WHO DOESN’T LIKE CAKE ON A STICK?!
Also, the holiday beverages are fantastic! Pumpkin Spice Latte and Skinny Peppermint Mocha are my favorites… oh and the salted caramel thing, mmmmm. Delish.
