Small and not really designed to dine in. Today’s visit I was exposed to rude untrained employees. I ordered my chicken teriyaki sandwich. I was asked if I wanted it toasted and I declined. I was then told then the chicken would be cold. When I told him to take the chicken off the bread and heat it up he said he couldn’t because he threw out the little cardboard box. For real?
Then the cashier tried to push the chips and soda option and looked pissed that I opted out.

I have to admit, it’s very clean… sandwiches are good and fresh…

Oh sure, it’s just another Subways right? Well this one’s very reliable… and clean… the food is always fresh… service is usually courteous and friendly… and once in while the girl behind the counter gives me a free cookie. Ok maybe it’s that «free cookie» that made me kick this up to 3 stars, but this is one of the better Subways i’ve been to in Astoria.
