So this is the 2nd time I have been here and they lack in professionalism. I stood in line and they took the person that just walked in. When confronted she just ignored me and kept asking me how can I help you. Atleast have the decency to apologize for the mistake or have a freaking sign.

T-​Mobile has definitely stepped up its game, especially in Astoria. Swung by this location on the way to the train for a new screen protector. I was in and out. Well stocked, great staff and conveniently located.

Slowly warming up to this place.
1. The female employees provide better service. Ask for Judy or Katie Perry (yes thats really her name!)
2. Wait Time Can Vary From No Time To Are FUCKING KIDDING ME THIS IS RIDICULOUS & NOW MY FEET HURT!
3. First Impression Really Sucked But Service Has Gotten ALOT BETTER!
