Bait and switch. That’s what they did to me. They told me I that if I left AT&T, they would pay my early termination/balance of financing a phone. They also told me that during that time, they had an iPhone promotion to make it $ 15 a month for an iPhone. I thought this sounded amazing and I wanted to save money because we have been going through some rough times lately. Today as I went in with my last AT&T bill which was of $ 288 plus tax for the early termination, the sales girl tells me that since I have the iPhone promo T-Mobile will not pay for the termination balance from AT&T. I was basically misled in order for the sales person to reach her sales goal and commission. I am currently waiting for the week to speak to the store manager Kelvin to see what resolution. We will see this week and I will definitely post an update to this craziness.

The store associate Illy short for illiana is great. Her manager kelvin and her set me up with a iPhone 6 and a down payment that was affordable for me and also hooked. Me up with a. Line. This store has great service and I got my new iPhone 6 with a line of unlimited service in no time. And she explained my bill cycle really well and I am so happy I have a new phone and service. They were more than helpful they were life savers !!! Thank you illiana and kelvin –store manager.

Our store rep was very knowledgable for the products and services rendered regarding the phones and plans. Yes, the prices were definitely more affordable than other carriers and I always a verizon customer; but am willing to re consider going back to t mobile like when I was back in college.

Horrible customer service ever I went in to ask a question and the sales representative RICH is the worst person that you can get help from I asked me a questioned and he ended up by changing my phone number without asking me for my permission I called the store and they said that They can’t help me and that I have to wait for rich to show up the next day and he can help. So I went in he said he will change it and of course he didn’t till this morning so I’ve been without my number for two days. I will wait till the end of the month and change my carrier because they honestly suck at what they do and they just hire whoever –_–

Cell phone companies all suck, but the service at this place is amazing. I have never had to wait more than 5 min to get help and every time the reps try their best to help. I have never walked in the store and not been greeted right away, that makes a difference when the phone tech support ends up sucking hardcore. Christian, like most employees there is awesome. He has always gone out of his way to give the best service he can. I wish corporate would take lessons from this location as to how to treat customers.

let me start with pointing out the fact that I’ve been a t mobile customer for 8.5 years now and have remained loyal to them through ups and downs and god and bad experiences. this recent debacle just over did it for me. I’ve never been particularly fond of the Authorized dealers and have only, when i had, went to the T-mobile stores. Never been a big fan of that either because they always seamed like they are only looking out for the commission they will make if they make you change something on your account. long story short please beware of this particular store. Not only that the staff is not very interested in serving you or god forbid learning a bit about the services the company they work for is providing, but they also completely misled us this time into making changes on our account that in the end resulted in having to pay $ 740 early termination. To make things worse. it all came from the store manager who has assured my wife that once we transfer the responsibilities from me to her nothing will change and we will be able to continue paying as we have before. Well we had an installment plan for an iPhone we got a little while ago so when we transferred«everything» to her account the balance was due on our next statement. no one ever said that this would happen and we actually repeatedly asked to make sure everything stays the same. overall total misinformation and now no one wants to work with us on this issue, so either pay up or you go to collection buddy. never again and beware of this store
