KFC

I love that the fried Chicken is halal. They have a Muslim worker there who can tell you what’s halal and ok to order, and what’s not. They’re also quick with service, and clean.
The crispy chicken is my fav.

First time here with my son and just wanted to make sure I remembered to say thank you to Lenox who was on duty behind the counter. I think he was maybe a manager and kfc is lucky to have him representing their brand. His mannerisms and welcoming personality are some you rarely see nowadays. Desert was chocolate chip cookies So thank you Mr. Lenox

Love kfc. They serve halal chicken (with bones). Service is great. Seating is good too. Steinway needed a kfc.

Speedy service, this was a Typical KFC chain but it was clean. The food is classic KFC; personally I love it. Food is always hot. Staff is efficient and friendly.

I’m not going to lie, I love KFC. I’ve loved KFC since I was a kid when my parents would order some after going to church and we’d actually eat it with rice. Yes, we’d eat it with rice. And growing up I know that the food is terrible for you. But what I can I say, I do like to get me some KFC every now and then.
But my gripe with this particular chain is that it’s just damn dirty in there and the employees just look like they’re from the Walking Dead and moving slow as molasses. In addition to the bad in-​person service, the prices are just ridiculous. It’s still fast food, I thought it’d be a tiny bit cheaper? And holy crap, their «sides» are the smallest sides I’ve ever seen. Maybe things have changed. But back in the day even a small would allow for a few spoons full of bites. Now it’d take two spoons before you’d have no coleslaw left.
Lastly, I was excited to find out that this KFC actually delivers? But then to also find out that they charge $ 3.99 for delivery?! F that.
It’s definitely not the KFC I used to relish as a kid. But if you really want your KFC craving to be filled this place is the only option in Astoria sadly.

Service is terrible. I live around the coroner every time I come here the food isn’t ready and it’s not until after I pay that they tell me I have to wait 5 – 10 minutes (which means 15 – 20) to get my food. Wish there was a Popeyes near me.

The guy cashier needs a lesson in customer service, with this shitty attitude he will not get anywhere. worst service ever experienced. No wonder why the store is always empty.

I ordered 10 grilled drumsticks, and they gave 10 chicken fried back.
…wish to cry… because I have to give it to the dogs the whole order, and … order again from… another restaurant. My guests just arrived, and I have no food to offer… SHAME ON YOU KFC!!!

I will tell my experience very brief!
so yesterday I called KFC and asked if they have delivery! (they did) I ordered my food and waited for an hour, then called again to ask what happened to my order, guess what they said? «we don’t deliver to this address», I asked to talk to the manager and told her that they could’ve called me back since they asked for my number while taking the order. She refused it! but finally said that she’ll send the food with someone riding a bike but it will take almost an hour (the KFC is only 20 min far walking! imagine riding a bike!) after an hour I called again and they said he just left and he will be there in 10 min cuz hes driving a car! but he wasn’t here even after 30 min. I called again a man talked to me and hung up the phone! I talked to more than 5 different people each time I called and each of them lied to me about the delivery and said different things!
I ordered at 4:20 pm and got it at 7:45 pm. very disappointed! They need to respect the customer!

I LOVE KFC! when I moved to Astoria I was happy to find out that they delivery, although I wish that they didn’t charge $ 3.99 for delivery… cmon!
Also, I sometimes pick up meals from there and there was a couple times when I wouldn’t get the side that I picked or if I said no gravy on my mashed potato and they would still put it on there. The staff barely connects with the customers, they act like robots :(They also need more employees working on a shift so there’s not one person taking orders on the computer, picking up phone orders, and packing food. I’d love some more care and politeness since I’m a regular customers and I love their food.

, the food came after ONE AND A HALF HOUR which is unbelievable and the Pepsi I ordered was poured inside the plastic bag. So 48 dollars for one a half hour lateness and a poured Pepsi… Good work KFC.

Now obviously you know what KFC taste like so I’m not on here to review the food. Today (Sunday) I went in for a quick bite and like every weekend these fast food places are packed. Well I noticed they’re only two people working the cashier and the cook. they were working their ass off and got everyone’s order right and quick. While I was on line some douch monkey was waiting for his food with his little girlfriend and they were being super rude and arrogant to the cashier she was nothing but a sweetheart and keeping it 100% professional. Her name is star! So kfc Steinway if your reading this give that girl a raise! She handled everything perfectly

The most badest service you ever gonna get… DO NOT GO THERE, SOME OF THEM ARE RACIST AS WELL… MY ONLY ONE TIME EXPERIENCE, i ordered my food, and waited 20 minutes, after me 6 people ordered and took their order and left… When i asked them what happened to my order they went my order didnt showed up… But everyones order did… The worst service you gonna get… Do not go there…

So I walk into this KFC on New Year’s Day at around 11:30 AM, and I’ve immediately doubled the total occupancy. One server, one customer. How does this ratio achieve a 4 star rating, when usually there needs to be at least one cashier and one person producing the food?
Customer service.
Compared to the train wreck I experienced at the Dunkin Donuts across the street just minutes before, the service at KFC was stellar.
The cashier greeted me with, «Hello! I’m sorry!» I wasn’t sure what she was apologizing for, but she explained that her co-​worker had to leave because they needed small bills for change, but not to worry, she would get my food ready. She took on the roles of two people for a short while, and she put the customer first.
In the end, I got what I came for within an acceptable time and with friendly service, and KFC gets to have my money more often in 2014. So everybody wins (except my waistline)!

Great service. Delivery is usually 30 minute wait period. Surprisingly their always ahead of time that’s a plus. I usually order the same family meal all the time lol which is boneless crispy chicken 4 large sides biscuits and chocolate cake. Truly recommended for rainy days, not in the mood to cook or just having the hunger for KFC. Enjoy!

I must say that this place is absolutly clean and amazing. I am a regular customer i go there almost every week. The grriled chicken over here is amazing. What i really disliek is the bathrooms. Even though the entire place is clean and maintained the bathroom are mostly very dirty. Nonetheless the food is amazing everything is done on time. You get great customer service. One of the girls that work there is «Mahnaj» She’s been working there for years now. Once you get to know her she is amazing. Treats you with quit good customer service. Another thing i love about this place is that the fried and the grilled chicken is Halal another reason why i go here. Even though i am not a big fan of the side dishes they have however try the coleslaw. Its fresh and really good. I suggest you go here if you don’t have allot of money its very cheap as well. The price is pretty reliable as well. All over everything is amazing except the bathrooms.

I went here about a week ago as I was craving trashy chicken. I figured that, this being KFC, I could get just that, and quickly.
Upon arriving the place was quite empty with only a couple people ahead of me in line. But it took at least 10 minutes for the staff to get around to helping me (note that I don’t say «taking my order»), despite the fact that there were three people behind the counter.
One of these guys appeared to be a manager who had absolutely no clue what was going on. He shuffled around berating his employees while trying to manage two or three other menial issues, which had the consequent effect of tying up his entire staff. Throughout all of this I hardly even got a glance as acknowledgement. I only waited because the woman in front of me appeared to be sorting something out with them, although the staff looked utterly incompetent (don’t ask me how this is possible at a fast food joint).
Finally the manager got around to asking me what I wanted (again, after at least 10 minutes), but right as I was giving him my order his delivery boy came in with a receipt. Without a word the manager immediately turned away from me and began talking to the delivery boy, right in the middle of me ordering. By this point I was so fed up that I just said «forget it» and walked out.
I feel silly writing a review for a KFC (or fast food joint in general), but the service was so far below acceptable that I had to. The staff is absolutely incompetent and impolite. I have no clue about the quality of their food, but being fast food I imagine it’s like anywhere else.

I’ve been here on numerous occasions. I give it 4 stars because although I can’t really complain about their food the cleanliness on the other hand. I understand if the place is packed and there’s no way to have someone clean a table for the next person but when the place is practically empty and you have dirty tables its a no no. Especially if you have your employees just gossiping in the back. Other than that, this is my go to place when I’m in the mood for a mash bowl, coleslaw and a biscuit.

I have been coming to this location on and off for the last two years. I have found the location to be clean with friendly service and tasty food.
On my last visit I just had FIVE star service and food. Asjad was my cashier and was just great, awesome, fantastic and all the KUDOS you can give an employee. She was very welcoming with a big old smile and was efficient. She asked me the style of chicken I wanted as well as my choice of side.
The MOD was on the line helping out as other employees where working on other tasks. He certainly made sure that transaction time was fast with hot food.
My ticket number was K273004−2 – 34−2212 and my order was as good as I ever had. The chicken was outstanding. Hot, crispy, tasty, just delicious. Mash and biscuit also hot and tasty.
Overall, a Wonderful experience. Everything was done right and on point. I don’t know which was better customer service or the food. Both were at high level of expectation.
