I have been coming here for 20 years. I know the business of renting movies has been reinvented 3 times since then but there is something about browsing through the thousands of movie jackets grouped by genre that beats web filters any day. As for how Costas (owner wizard dude) seems to know every film he rents defies my calculations for time * movies –waking moments. This place just makes life better. Seriously.

Love love love this place! So cheap and great variety. I went here this weekend and bought about 25 VHS tapes for only $ 20! I could not believe how cheap it is. 2 VHS tapes for $ 1! I know they are vhs tapes but its a great deal and have not had any problems with any so far. I can’t wait to go back to add to my movie collection!

I’m a movie buff and totally obsessed with my television shows. And I love that this place is super convenient and usually has what I need. If they dont, they will get it.
Costa is awesome and I’m always annoying him and asking his opinion on different movies and shows. He’s always super friendly and offers great picks!

Hope has pretty much covered the bases but I’ll add my own thoughts. I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and although I have a Netflix account, I still rent videos here because they have a great overall selection, they have some titles Netflix doesn’t have and it feels good to support a local business. Costa and the crew are really nice guys. They often cut me a break on late fees if I go over and are always willing to offer recommendations. We usually have a nice chat if it’s not too busy.
Last week they added a «Costa’s Picks» section that’s very cool. He has the same taste in movies as I do so I see many of my favorites as well as some I either haven’t seen in a long time or have never seen at all. Their foreign section is great and their animé section is quite good as well. They could expand their TV section a bit though.
For those of us that enjoy the legacy format, they have a lot of titles on VHS. Finally, they also offer discounted pre-​owned movies. If you’re lucky, you’ll see their cat. She must be very shy because I’ve only ever seen her once.
