Tina and her husband were the nicest people that you would ever want to meet. They told me that they charged $ 50 per hour for two people. I told them that I had always paid about $ 15 per man hour and that my house usually took about three to four hours every other week and as a senior, it would be very difficult for me to pay $ 25 an hour for housecleaning. They said that they would do it for $ 50 a week.
I thought that we had negotiated three man hours of cleaning for $ 50 but in retrospect, I think that they meant that they would just spend less time cleaning. As a result neither one of us felt good about the job. They finally quit by sending me a text message. I suggest that they make their intentions clear in the beginning so that they can continue to grow their business.

Team clean has been regularly cleaning my house for a few months and we could not be happier! They are very responsive when I ask them to focus on an area and they always pay attention to the small details. They have gotten out stains and spots I probably never could have done myself! I highly recommend them for regular cleaning or a deep clean of your house.

Tina and her employee did a great job on my move-​out. It was a last-​minute appointment, but Tina managed to fit me in before the end of the week. Window seals, fridge, oven and many nooks and crannies were cleaned. Where I squirmed at the mess, she didn’t even bat an eye at the job ahead of her. I don’t think I could have done such a detailed job if you gave me two whole days. They even cleaned out the fireplace!
There were some tough stains on the stove and one in the shower (darn shower rack rust!) that didn’t quite come off, but I feel they did their very best at trying to remove them. The price was fair and I’ll be using Team Clean for monthly cleanings at our new home. Thanks, Tina!
