I rated this two stars because my property and my body left unharmed. I also rated it two stars because I can’t rate it two out of five cigarette butts. You will smell like a cigarette butt after staying in a non-​smoking room because of the ventilation. This is a great place for smokers, on the upside.
There was an extremely inebriated older man outside who was cussing and screaming. I called the office and the caretakers took instant action to get this sad sack to move on. Cheers to the caretakers.
It’s an honest and kind of sleazy motel experience. For adventurous or desperate people only.

Athens, GA
Probably the grossest place in operation in the state of Georgia. Everything about this place is utterly disgusting, both outside and in. To give you some examples, the room has a foul odor, there are stains and burn holes on the sheets, hairs on the beds, paper thin walls, barely functioning bathrooms, etc. It looks like a run-​down hotel from the 1950s.
Finding a place to pull off the road and sleep in your car is probably preferable to staying in this place.
