Great, friendly service! I stayed here when I was visiting last spring. I arrived late and left early– there was always someone with a smiling face at the front desk. The room itself was spacious and beds were pretty comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at this place if you can’t afford to stay downtown!

You’d never know this place was here if you were visiting from out of town. I was attending a nearby convention and needed a place to stay with four other friends. All the main hotel chains were way too expensive or had extremely poor reviews, as you’d expect of a motel dive. But thanks to a few tips about Perimeter Inn, I took a chance and booked the room for two nights. Our room had two beds and a pull out couch so it could have slept up to six comfortably. Rooms were clean and the A/C worked great, although it hadn’t been run that day so we had to crank it to max to get the room cold enough to sleep in. You can only book online through , so don’t bother trying to call them or use their outdated website to make a reservation.

So I was a little skeptical at first of the good reviews in the very low price. I wasn’t able to actually get the room by calling them, instead I had to call . 55 bucks plus tax not bad for just a place to put my head. Bathroom was clean the room was clean. They also have free Wi-Fi. Makes it nice :-) The gentleman at the front desk was very nice as well. I will absolutely 100% stay here again no questions asked. I will say that room number 215 did happen to have a awkward bed. I felt like a hotdog in a bun. But the other bed was perfectly fine :-)

It was well past midnight and I’m looking for a safe, clean room at a reasonable price. I’m tired and and my standards are getting more flexible by the minute. So I was positively thrilled to discover that my room was clean, orderly, well maintained and smelled good. I could not find a single flaw. For a discount hotel it’s about as good as you can get.

Family owned hotel — extremely lovely people. Very nice place though a little old and in need of remodelling. We only«bunked» there overnight — got in late, left early. For the price it was a good place to stay. NOTE — Restaurants on weekdays in Athens close early! We started searching around 9PM and by 10PM gave up and had McDonalds. If I were looking for luxury and location, this wouldn’t be the place I’d stay. It’s a couple of miles from anything, on the«perimeter» of Athens so to speak. On the other hand, if my goal is a good room with friendly staff at a reasonable price… then this is where I’d stay. Would book again.

I stayed here for four nights while visiting Bogart/Athens. I didn’t expect much for the low price I paid, but I just needed a bed to sleep in while visiting family. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. I had to put the air freshener in the garbage outside tho, because the smell was too strong for the small room. I would definitely stay here again. you can’t beat the price.

Stayed here for one night when I attended a convention in Athens. All I needed was a place to sleep. This motel pretty much fit the bill. The room I had on the first floor was fairly quiet if one could get used to the highway noise, which died down later in the evening. The air conditioning system was not excessively noisy. The room was clean, but the décor was very basic, with a very plain shower curtain and inexpensive carpets that has a few stains. For the price you are paying, though, one shouldn’t expect anything fancy. One thing I didn’t like was that the room had some kind of a scent from an air freshener that was a little too strong. I also like to make a cup of coffee in my room in the morning, but the rooms had no coffee maker. The hotel is a basic motel with parking in a court in the middle and two stories of rooms on either side with doors to the rooms directly on the outside. If you are looking for a more secure place with rooms accessed through an interior hallway, this isn’t the place for you. All in all, I got a good deal for what I paid and I recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep in the Athens area. The distance to downtown Athens is about 6 miles.
