Clarke Crossing Martinizing

I took some expensive designer white capris to this cleaners not because they were dirty or stained but because I wanted them to stay the crisp white they were when I purchased them rather than chance dulling that white if I washed them at home. I’d paid too much money for them to take that silly risk. After picking them up from the cleaners I hung them in the closet over the winter. (It never occurred to me to inspect them since they weren’t dirty to begin with.) I opened the plastic this past summer and found a large brown stain on the back of them at the waist band. While wearing them for the first and only time I certainly would have noticed someone pouring a drink of some sort down my backside! Nope. Didn’t happen. So I took them back and told them what I’d found. The cashier couldn’t find me in the system (?) but was very pleasant, apologized and said they would be redone. Picked them up, opened them up again and found the attached written on the slip. I find it only slightly amusing that they are accusing me of the stain along with saying they were under a different name. Look closely… I don’t live in Atlanta!
