The Exchange

This is the best apartment complex in Athens hands down!!! I don’t have any complaints at all in my year of living here the Connection has it all that a college student can ask for! The girls in the leasing office are so nice and extremely helpful! Everybody that works here is awesome! Including the bus drivers and the hardest working staff members here, the maintenance crew! If you put in a work order to get something fixed or looked at it’s done that same day!

I’m pretty sure this place is now under new management and is called «The Connection». For the two years that my husband and I have lived here, they’ve been through 3 different managements. I suggest you come with your own furniture and not get a furnished apartment. They make it look decent enough but we went through 3 chairs and needed a bed replacement a few months after moving in. The chairs fabric was stapled to the underside of the seat, which understandably wouldn’t hold for very long. The bed was a used one and was bent out of shape. When we called to ask for a new one, they claimed «they were out of beds, but would have new ones soon.» I called once every month after that and always getting the same answer. We found that the couch and floor was more comfortable and even considered buying a mattress, but our lease would be up soon. As for the chairs, they were replaced with the same kind so we decided not to sit in them and bought some stools. Quite a ridiculous experience.
