Got a groupon for a Swedish massage. Called to make appointment, left a message but got no call back. My groupon was about to expire so I decided to call one more time before contacting groupon. The lady picked up and got an appointment a week later and told me she would still honor my voucher if it was expired. That was a plus. The day of appointment Helene was my masseuse and was very nice. She was on time and the and massage was AWESOME!!! I’ve gotten many massages and this one was one of my favorites. She was concerned about the temperature and pressure and made sure I was comfortable. The place was easy to find, plenty of parking and she was very courteous! I’d recommend it and would go back. Good prices without groupon as well.

Update: so after trying several times to book an appointment via telephone and via the web site with no answer, I finally reached out to Groupon customer support. They said they sent a message to their contact, and asked me to let them know if I still hadn’t heard back in another 3 business days. Well, three business days came and went, and no one got back to me. Fortunately Groupon customer support refunded my purchase.
DO NOT BUY A GROUPON/​LIVING SOCIAL/​ETC COUPON FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS!

I’ve never had a problem making appointments. E/​mail her, don’t try the on-​line website for appointments. I know for a while the Groupon thing got out of hand for her– and the Groupon company was running some ‘specials’ that she did NOT instruct them to. I gave up on using other businesses’ GROUPON deals for same reason — because you can’t get an app’t! It’s not just her, it is the «Groupon culture.» everyone wants a deal, of course! I know Helene is very aware of the ’”overbooking because of deals problems” and as a business owner, is concerned about it. THAT SAID, I have had many facials and massages with Helene and they have all been excellent. She runs a very clean and professional establishment, and is knowledgeable in the art of massage therapy and skin care. I come away feeling relaxed and my skin always looks beautiful! She’s a sweet and caring person, too. Price? Fair, competitive. I’ve been to some aesthticians and massage therapists who were way over-​priced compared to Helene.

I made an appointment for a massage weeks in advance. Like a previous reviewer, using the online appointment doesn’t work since every single date I selected (and I looked at a month’s worth!!) was all «booked». Finally I emailed and left a message and a few days later I received a response. Massage booked for Dec 2
The *morning* of Dec 2 I get a phone call from her cancelling the appointment saying she was sick and she’d contact me to reschedule as soon as she gets to the office. A week passed — nothing. I emailed her giving her dates & times I’m free. It’s been a month and haven’t heard back.
Really unprofessional! I could’ve been a client (and a generous repeat client too) and her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t have the time to chase after her for an appointment when there are many other massage places around.

What a complete ripoff. I bought a groupon and can’t get an appt. I tried EVERY SINGLE DAY for the next two months on the webisie, I’ve left four messages and NOTHING. Do NOT waste your money.

I havent even gone here yet but it’s getting a 1 star. How the hell do you book an appointment? I called, Facebook message and tried to book/​contact online twice already with my 80 minute groupon deal.

I just had my first massage with Helene, and it was a wonderful experience. I arrived for my appointment and was surprised to discover that her office is in a plastic surgery clinic. There was also a fair bit of street noise from El Camino as well as voices from adjoining rooms. Luckily, none of that mattered once she began the massage. I have never felt so completely relaxed. She has wonderful warm hands and clearly knows a lot about massage technique and human anatomy. She also had an array of warm and weighted pillows that she employed throughout the massage. It was divine! I recommend her highly.

I have been enjoying Helene’s massages for a year.
Helene has a special gift, and a true commitment to her craft.
Extremely professional, always learning and applying new skills, very sweet and accomodating— she has everything a client might want in a great masseuse.
I always feel refreshed, relaxed and energized after her special touch.
I recommend Helene to all my friends and family, and hope to benefit from her talent for many years.

So I am very disappointed in this establishment. They ran a promotion on Amazon local deals, but apparently they were too successful and were unable to schedule less than two months out. I thought the coupon was to seek new, long term customers, instead I was treated like someone looking for a freebie. I was completely offended. I hear the massage is pretty good, but make sure you don’t buy one of their deals or plan to get what you pay for, nothing. I received my refund from Amazon local quickly and I give them five stars for backing their customers.

I had my first full body massage here and it was a great experience I would like to share with you. I arrived on time and Helene took me to the massage room which was clean and the atmosphere was calm and serene. She explained the techniques of her massage and we started. Let me say that I was so comfortable and it was the most amazing massage I have ever had. I really liked the calming music that filled the room. Helen took her time and her hands were strong but gentle. This was for one hour and a half and I left relaxed but energized. I definitly will go back. Thx Helen!
