This was bad. Not the property. The apartment we DID get to see was great and my fiancé and I Were ready to apply and sign a lease. However we were unable as the leasing agent Veronica wouldn’t even show us the unit we asked to see. This is the SHORT story.
So we asked to tour a one and a studio she complained and stated that she had already done three leases today and done for tours in the move (we ignored the complaints and we’re excited to see the unit) we saw the actual unit we commented on the quality and great finishes and how much we liked it –however we were going to need a bit more space and we’re ready to see the one bedroom unit. BOOM. It got even worse than her prior attitude. when I say that I was ready to see the one bedroom she said «are you kidding me» and looked at me and she said «I’m exhausted frankly it’s already past four and I stopped tors at 4:30» (she had made us wait in the lobby prior to our tour and we waited a half hour PATIENTLY MIND YOU) Walking towards the elevator we both assumed we were going to get the keys from the office for the one bedroom (assuming she forgot them) she then asked if I really wanted to see it like did I need to actually see the unit TODAY and stated that she was going to «choke me for making her walk and was going to Murder me if she finds out I work at another apartment complex and just wanted a tour» jokingly I might add –however– totally unprofessional !!!
I assured her I was not and she continued with a very unprofessional attitude when we got back to the office she did not give us an application. She did not grab keys. But rushed us out. We were both in utter shock thinking that this was not even happening basically.
The company just lost out on a $ 20,000 lease because someone refused to show us the unit or do their job and went above in beyond in being unprofessional and frankly borderline aggressive. she was scatterbrained did not seem in her right mind and frankly there are already reviews up here prior to this date ABOUT JUST HER! ALLIANCES this woman cost your more than 3 lesses and I would be SO UPSET if this was an employee or coworker. The actual property is beautiful but again I saw it for about 4 minutes and only one studio. I only write this interview because the company needs to be aware that this is occurring. I am surprise she is still working there.
I would still lease here but not knowing that she worked in the office. The actual unit is gorgeous (the studio we got to see).

My lease was for 10 months and I must say my experience here was really great. I moved from the suburbs of north Atlanta and this was my first place in the city. I have to admit it is a great place to live if you are looking for the urban lifestyle. Restaurants and shopping on the first floow as well as within walking distance in every direction which you wont appreciate until you can actually take advantage. 5 minutes from Atlantic station, 10 to Buckhead, 15 – 20 minutes to the rest of Atlanta-.West Midtown is on the rise and the streets here are littered with new construction: bars, food, clothing stores, miscellaneous shops, anything you can think of except a strip club and the trashiness that it would bring ha. Stop by before they fill up and the prices rise with the rest of the real estate in the area. Staff is friendly and understanding, maintenance is on point, very polite and timely. The pool is huge and there is plenty of space to entertain, grill out, do whatever you want. All entry ways are kept safe via FOB entry only. I loved my neighbors (miss them), everyone is friendly, mostly yuppies and college students but there are some families here and there. Overall it is a great place to live if you are considering the city-(great city views), and even better place to live if you already live in the Atlanta area. I assure you as I apartment hunted for 3 months you wont find a safer more affordable area in Atlanta. You can go to midtown and pay 1350 a month and live in a 500 sq ft windowless studio, go to east Atlanta or the old fourth ward and get stabbed, live in Buckhead where everyone thinks they can walk on water, it all depends on what you want out of your life I suppose but West Midtown is the place to be if you want relaxed living with the accessibility of the Entire city of Atlanta. If you are considering these apartments I can assume your budget is similar to mine, do yourself a favor and at least do a walk through (We were sold as soon as we saw a vacant unit lol)

I would really like to give this a zero but a 1 will have to do. I just stopped by the leasimg office to inquire about renting a unit in this building. The office doors were locked and the leasing agent was with another customer. I stood outside the doors and was never acknowledged or asked to come in. Bad first impression. Needless to say I will be renting at another building.

Lived here 3 months so far. Got charged for leaving trash untied outside of my apt when I’ve never used the valet trash service, therefore never even had a bag outside. Had to pay 75 dollar boot fee because my guest parked in proper spot but didn’t go directly to my apt and met me at a restaurant next door. When I talked to management, they literally yelled at me and my girlfriend. Management is awful (manager Rachel especially) the hallways are disgusting, and there are mice. DONT LIVE HERE.

I have had mice since I moved in. I also paid $ 225 boot fee for a guest. I was told during the application process, that they were working on parking passes for guest. I went to discuss the fee with management, was told I should have used the parking on the street or the parking at the bottom on the lot. (Which is non-​existent on a busy weekend). Now I am being told, they do offer guest pass. Now I am out $ 225, and mice have ate my bananas.

We’re interested in moving to this area. We ended up wasting 40 minutes waiting in the very spare (no seats, no heat) outside lobby –waiting for the management to even acknowledge not only us but the two other couples who were also waiting to see apartments. However first she was «showing an apartment» and then she simply sat in her office with the door locked chatting with those people as we all sat outside in the lobby kicking our heels and watching her ande the clock through the big glass windows-​she never once poked her head out the door-​she never even looked in our direction. If this is how they act when they’re trying to sell you an apartment I can only imagine how horrible the customer service and management is if you’ve already paid-​needless to say we left because we consider our time more precious-​and there are too many interesting apartment buildings in this area to allow somebody as rude and self-​centered as this management person was take anymore of our time. Also we used some of our wait time to look at the Unilocal reviews and discovered that residents had a lot of problems with the management in this building. Our own observations only confirmed their experience

I’ve lived here for a year and my lease is coming to an end (June 2014). I’m not renewing because I need to be closer to work. But I would highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone. I’m not giving it 5 stars because I do agree that sometimes the common areas aren’t clean. I don’t think the pool gets cleaned enough but it’s still a very nice neighborhood. The interiors are beautiful and the large kitchen/​study area by the pool is very nice as well. There’s always ample parking in the deck but once you get to the upper levels it’s a little bit more crowded. The best thing about living here: NO BUGS! Other than the occasional fruit fly in the summer months, there were no bugs, which is wonderful to me.

September marks the date to renew my lease – I will turn in my notice to vacate with pleasure. The apartment units are nice and well kept. However, there has been a change in climate since I’ve moved in. There are SEVERAL units vacant – and now the units are being rented at a fraction of the amount I am paying. I’m pretty sure that has a lot to do with the change. Almost a year ago, the property was occupied by young professionals; now it’s full of young, party-​minded college students. This has led to several major disturbances in the middle of the night. The leasing office staff members are marginally helpful and could care less because they do not reside on site. Lease here at your own risk…

The units here are beautiful, no doubt. However, unless you have absolutely no regard for your surroundings, this is not a good choice. It is very noisy, common areas are dirty, and like most apartments in ATL — the management is the pits. Sign a lease here at your own risk.

I love it here!
There is new management here since Kurtis G.‘s review. I love it. I wish I used the amazing gym + pool more. This place has valet trash which, I didn’t know anything about until I moved to Atlanta. There is also a trash chute on every floor. I just use that. I love my apartment. It is a corner apartment with an amazing double view of downtown and also midtown — 2 skylines! The community center is beautiful. Parking is super a-​plenty here. Guests can park on the first floor or you can gate them in. 6 spaces per tenant!!! Total parking shock since living in Northern Virginia, where you’re lucky if you don’t get towed out of your own paid spot!
The staff is super friendly and there are random resident activities that I try not to miss. My favorite is when the staff cooks breakfast for us in the community area in the sweet made-​for-​a-​cooking-​show, kitchen.
You can pay rent online too which is great if you travel a lot!
