The Brady

I used the guest suite for friends i had visiting from out of town.
They loved it! I would highly recommend!

Though I have not signed a lease yet for a location, I wanted at least to do a review of the leasing process at the Brady from my last experience. In a weekend I was crazy enough to do around 12 different apartment tours, but the staff at the Brady were the most friendly and well prepared when I first entered the location (albeit outside of my prescribed tour time). If you go in, ask for Conrad as he is a resident himself and he will give you the low down on this new luxury apartment building. Thought its still under construction the roof top area is still undergoing work for the upcoming 2016 calendar year, but the open concept of the upper deck and kitchen area is fantastic. Its a great view of west midtown and highlights the view all the way to downtown Atlanta.
My few complaints to the apartment would be a few of the amenities if I can nit pick. The Gym is a bit lacking and lacks a number of cardio, strength machine, and abdominal machines that I saw at other places, but if your doing your run of the mill cardio, elliptical, or bike, they got it covered. (Would be nice to see a wireless access point though in the gym for residents too if I can add to things I would like to see). To add to this there is also the fact that the center island does not have an overhang in order to use the island as a breakfast nook or use it for benches, however I have been informed by the office that they would be working on extending the island with in the immediate future as they are still building out additional units.
In summary, I think its a great location to the upcoming west midtown with walkable distance to some fantastic places to eat, updated amenities and layouts may this a great place to put on your short list of places if your looking to lease a new apartment. Cheers!
