Worst experience of my life… Bretus margarita was disgusting! Lemon pepper chicken and shrimp were horrible! The ribs are literally, no lie, more then a day old. It was rubbery, without any flavor. I wished i wouldve read the review before even thinking about eating here.
The saddest part about our visit was indeed the trainer of our waiter. Addressing a problem on the spot is definitely a must. But not infront of the customerssssss!!! Really??? I mean, not only do u make the waiter look super bad. But im trying to enjoy my meal!!! Without feeling bad at our waiter!!!
Long story short i will never!!! I repeat, never go to an applebees period!

What can I say but a complete dissatisfaction at Applebees!!! My dinner was on December 11, 2015 at 9:45 pm. This disaster started with the rudest hostess ever in any dining experience. We were greeted by her, with at least a «Hello» and «How many?» We told her 4 and she got the menus, coloring sheets and kept on walking. My wife and I were like «Do we follow her? Guess so». So we follow the hostess and see her place the menus on a table and keep on walking and just thought, this must be our table??? Not even a, this is your table or your server will be xyz.
So we sit and wait, and wait until our server Chenequa arrives and gets our order. We did the 2 for $ 25 and 2 chicken finger orders for the kids. Then we wait and wait again for our drinks. Our salads arrived before the drinks and silverware. When Chenequa noticed, there was no silverware she brought over the drinks and silverware. We ate our salads and then the main courses came out. My wife had the mac and Cheese Chicken and I had the 7oz sirloin (or that’s what was claimed).
As soon as I bit into that so call sirloin, I could tell there was no love put into in and it was the worst cut of steak ever! My wife and I are still debating if it was sirloin after all as the taste was just so awful and rubbery. I try another bit and my wife could see it in my face. She asked for a bit which I gave her and I could see the disgust in her face and that was it. Placed my dish to the side and shared the Mac & Cheese with my wife with occasion dips into the kid’s plates.
Chenequa comes by after a while, sees my plate on the side (which is basically untouched) and takes it. Sees me eating from my wife’s plate, I tell her it was horrible and just keeps walking. NOT EVEN a Was something wrong, what was wrong with it, can I get you something else? NOTHING! She didn’t even inform a manager as one did not visit the table. She came by after offering dessert, and I was just NO, way, just bring me the check. Chenequa reply was «o, you just pay on the tablet thing» which she set up. I paid left a 10% tip which came out to $ 4.00 (sorry, but I didn’t feel bad at all, it’s what she worked for), clicked to print my receipt which did not print out on the table, but was just slapped on the side of the table by Chenequa after obviously seeing what I had left.
I call the morning after and speak with the manager Matt (if not wrong) and explain all of the above. He apologized for it all, informed he would speak with the staff and offered gift cards to come back as he could not rebate anything off of the check. I simply told him to keep the cards as I would not be using them at all, nor would I sponsor anyone to eat at Applebess ever and that I would be taking my experience higher up. Matt asked me for my phone number and asked if he could call me back after verifying on something which he did. The offer was to come back to the restaurant to get cash for the sirloin portion of the check.
Applebees, you can keep it! I only wish I had facebook and twitter, but between your corporate office, google reviews, tripadvisor, Unilocal and word of mouth, I will make it my personal mission to eliminate any possible stream of revenue for your establishments! You will have to slap me with a cease and decease order to stop!

Every time I go to this applebees it’s the same experience over and over. The staff is by far not the best which kills the whole experience and the food is just okay. Nothing wonderful and amazing here. This will probably just be a last option of places to dine in this area

I’m not in this part of town very often, so of course I don’t eat here often, in fact this is the first time here. I ate at the bar and the bartender was not exactly the most outgoing person although he stayed on top of things.
That most certainly isn’t a good enough reason that I won’t be back when I am in the area. Can’t always judge a place by 1 person.

Nothing special can be expected here, just a usual variety of junk n comfort foods. We came here at 1 a.m. After arriving from a late flight. The server was average (wasn’t aware of their drink selection). The food was good though, came out warm and relatively quick and they stayed open until 2 am.

I decided to take my wife out for a night out and it was very disappointing. We got seated right away. Then the tragedy began.
We were ignored for 12 minutes until I asked for a manager. A waitress from another section came over to help us, which was nice. We placed our order and received the appetizer quickly. We ordered the boneless wings with bar-​b-​que sauce. The tray had a good portion of wings but only 1 piece of celery. We received our entrée shortly after finishing our appetizer. The entrees were delicious and prepared well. By the end of the meal 50 minutes had passed and no manager had come by the table even though we requested one. If it were not for Latresa, I would have walked out and not looked back.

The steak on my entrée was flaw free. Would give me first born for it again. Golf clap.
Service is always quicker and MUCH more entertaining than across the street @ Olive Garden. Facts are facts.

EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY time I order Togo from this place its ALL WRONG… Let’s start with the 10 minute hold I was put on when trying to place the Togo order. I then ordered two burgers both medium well. Both burgers were completely RAW… I mean blood oozing out of them raw… I then called the restaurant back to speak with a manager about the issue. But was told by the employee that answered the phone that she (the manager) was on «a call» I told the employee I would wait to speak with her but the employee then hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to eat at this place. The employees genuinely don’t give a damn. I have tried time and time again to give this place chance after chance seeing how they are close to my home but after more than 6 bad experiences I will NEVER eat at this establishment again…

I am not a fan of Applebee’s however, I do like there new burgers and on Friday nights I stop in for a to go order of a bacon cheeseburger and fries.
You get only 2 options for temperature either «pink or no pink», I prefer my burgers with pink but have yet to receive one at this temperature as of yet. They are still pretty good none the less.

Horrible location. I came here to eat, not to wait 30 minutes for my food while every single waiter stands behind our table yelling, literally yelling, about who they are drinking with later and who they want to fight. I also didn’t appreciate the language. Isn’t this a family restaurant? Even if it’s not, I’d prefer if I didn’t hear the staff yelling about how much they hate a «mother fucker» etc… This place only gets 1 star because there is not an option to give less.

I guess I’m spoiled by my hometown Applebee’s in Sandusky. This one is the worst I’ve ever been in. Never got waited on. That’s right, was seated and saw the hostess frantically go in the back several times trying to find someone, anyone to wait on me. Nope. They weren’t in the mood. I was friendly and upbeat the whole time. Finally Strolled out. This is a REAL bad Applebee’s.

This is a kid friendly place with drinks. A Dave n busters without the games. Great food and awesome prices. Good watch the game at the bar or just to have a drink. Waiters are kool.

Well, they started out with 5 stars when we walked in on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated fast. The initial servicer was a little slow taking our order but she came. I think she had a large service area. Once she showed up she was very attentive, her name was Stephanie. Then Stephanie grandkids ran to our table and kept hitting the waitress Stephanie. Apparently it was time for her to get off and all 4 of them were getting impatient. Then I thought I was at Kids R Kids Day Care. Bay Bay Kids took over our section. Loud and running every where. WTH.SMH.Hood Bees instead of Applebees. I could tell that thing were about to get bad because the Manager came out to apologize to the table behind us for their food taking so long. Now we at 3 stars. LAWD HAVE MERCY. They done left the infant baby on the floor unattended and the baby crying SHM! 2 stars. am just saying… then out of no where, our food came out pretty fast and the order was right. The food was okay, I mean we are talking about Applebees right.3 stars.

Never again like –6 stars! Waited 20 minutes without a single server coming up to even take drink orders mind you this is Applebee’s ! I literally had to walk ok because I was about To lose my cool on the manager! Apparently he thought it was completely ok that I just waited 20 minutes. and then when I try to order a kids fingers he tells me I won’t get that for the discounted price because I’m not under 12 are you serious ! Dude I just sat here for 20 minutes looking at my supposed server talk to other tables. And then the kid has the nerve to come by and drop some napkins not be table without even introducing himself! Never again! Service here is always awful and I keep coming back trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by Applebee’s won’t get another dime of my hard earned money! And for the record I am a server myself so I know what good service is !

What a terrible experience! Service and food sub par and delivered cold… Even after sending back not hot! Waiting and dining area freezing. Really wanted to enjoy our meal as do not go out often, will not return.

This was a AWESOME night at Applebee’s. First and foremost we had a party of 7 and had a wait time of 30 – 40 minutes in a cold ass waiting area. But after we got seated Dillian our waiter was the BUMB DOT COME!!! He caught HELL with us, but he handled it like a champ.

It’s been over 20 minutes and our waitress in back there chatting away. Like, «can you at least get up and see if our food is ready?!» #annoyed

My wife and I were here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty full but their was not any wait. We noticed the poor hostess trying to seat everyone and bus tables at the same time. The poor girl was also pregnant. You would think they could find someone to help clean the tables for her.
Our server Philicia was very nice, personable and took our order right away. She kept our drinks full throughout dinner. She is the only reason I am not giving them 1 star.
After waiting for our food for well over an hour we were growing impatient. We could see all of the servers running around continually apologizing for the kitchen and trying to correct the items that were coming out wrong.
After about 75 minutes We received our Chicken wrap and our Oriental Chicken bowl. They were both ok, not enough sauce on the Oriental Chicken and the wrap was falling apart.
When you go to a Franchise your not expecting a five star meal but you are expecting a good meal, within a reasonable amount of time and it should be consistent with the other franchises. The restaurant clearly did not have any management just a bunch of people running around apologizing.

During the Snowmageddon of 2014 we were stranded like the rest of Atlanta. We were staying at the Hampton across the street and saw some people walking in with Applebees bags… they were OPEN.
We needed a hot meal and Applebees, like a beacon in the foggy night was calling our name. They had a skeleton crew which consisted of one manager, one cook and one waiter. They were only serving burgers, chicken sandwiches or chicken fingers but we didn’t care. Everyone seemed to band together and exercised their patience and we were served fairly. Food was hot and as expected.
I don’t come to this area often and after the mêlée of the snow it will be a while. Thank you Applebees and the crew that worked when nobody else wanted to. We appreciated the meal!

Ya ya, think of me how you will for giving Applebee’s five stars but this is for one cat, Anthony at the bar.
Been here couple times and the drinks and to-​go food had been 2^nd tier restaurant on point. I understand that after 8 pm every night its turns into DJ playing music and more so of a bar but why is that a bad thing?
Anthony hooks it up on the drinks and food properly. Going to this applebee’s couple times for food, I’ve found this to be one of the best late night dining options around this area.
