Stumbled across this cute little coffee shop in downtown Atlanta, the other day. It’s centrally located near GSU, CNN, Centennial Park, Underground Atlanta, and much more. Café is in a historical building off of Forsyth street, that had lot of character. It was like a nook within the building with plenty of seating both inside the café and outside(still within the building) to grab a quick bite and a drink. During my visit, I had the chai tea latte, which I would highly recommend! They also had interesting speciality coffee machines for dutch coffee and siphon coffee that I would want to try next time~ Other things that I’ve noticed(on the plus side): — 100% on food inspection(Uh, awesome!) — GSU students get 10% discount with ID(Doesn’t apply to me, but doesn’t hurt) — Free wifi(57forsyth) — Friendly staff!(Always makes a difference =D) Would recommend on making a stop here!

Came here randomly and had the vanilla chai latte w/almond milk! Definitely coming back to try their espresso drinks! The seating is limited, but it’s good for a quick drink on the go. The interior is super cute and sophisticated… feels like I’m in a NYC coffee shop.

Somehow we found a coffee shop owned by a former San Diegan while visiting Atlanta from San Diego. Siphon pour overs are generally a good sign that a coffee shop makes real coffee, and this place has it. So good! Small but great quality selection of pastries and bagels. Mini waffles are yummy.

Saw Unilocal reviews and came by for coffee and to work. Beautiful brand new space. Good cappucino, friendly barista and free wifi. First stopped at another highly rated coffee bar around the corner and didnt like it so came here. Still very uncrowded as they just moved. Beautiful place to work and drink good coffee

Café Lucia is located right off of Broad St near about GSU, though you may have a bit of a time trying to locate it if you’re unfamiliar with the area as it is oddly located. Once found, you’ll enjoy the swift service and friendly all around smiles. This café is usually occupied by students studying their course work, thus isn’t really loud, which is pretty convenient for coffee goers that like to read in peace. The bells and whistles are not there, but the coffee selection is just right. There’s no hassle of a large menu, which makes me assume that this is the perfect on-the-go coffee joint. I’ll be dropping by every morning that I have class for a perk-up.

If you’re looking for a quaint, comfortable, and local coffee shop — Café Lucia has the best space to relax in Downtown. Located in the 1913 era Healey Building, the exposed brick and décor make for a great relaxing environment, both at the indoor and outdoor tables. Strong wifi as well!

Cute coffee shop to lounge in to maximize my paid parking in downtown Atlanta. Got their advertised iced Dutch coffee. Got asked if I wanted simple syrup in it and got a drizzle of sugar. Came out very smooth and just sweet enough for me. Ask for the wifi password and enjoy the quiet.

This is a great location for coffee! I’m a chai tea latte fanatic and they make my favorite chair tea latte and I’ve had a lot. The interior is beautiful and I’m obsessed with the exposed brick inside. It makes for a great environment to study and just have a good cup of coffee. :)

I have been here about 6 times so far and the café americano’s here are good. I have had a standard black coffee once and wasn’t very impressed with that– it just tasted overly acidic. The staff is friendly and they offer some baked goods and bottled drinks. The wait is never very long either.

Café Lucia, formerly one caffe from the flat iron building. The new location is SO much better. Inside is much larger and has more seats. GREAT coffee, VERYNICE baristas! I would definitely recommend this place. Try their chai latte and specialty coffees. It is definitely a must :) GSU students get discounts too!
