I had the tazo chai tea latte and let me tell you! This was the best chai tea latte I have ever had. In case you never had one it is a mixture of chai tea, milk, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla. The prices are a bit higher than most coffee shops, but it is inside the airport which is expected. They also serve regular coffee, other speciality hot drinks and pastries. Located in terminal B

Ein kleiner Kaffeestand im Terminal E in Atlanta. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich.

The hot chocolate had so much syrup in it that it was undrinkable. For over $ 4, I had higher expectations.

I began writing this with the thought that the large majority of employees(not all) at airport food and beverage places hate thier jobs and that I should«handicap» my review and rating accordingly. But that isn’t fair, we as consumers shouldn’t lower our standards simply because we are a captive audience with limited options. My flight was delayed and I took advantadge of the free time and sought out a cup of coffee. The two employees were totally disinterested in the customers, myself included. They weren’t overtly rude, but the interaction was akin to responding to an automated phone system. After having my order taken by the human drone, I waited a few minutes and my coffee was ready and delivered with the same level of exuberance shown by the other drone wotking there. The coffee was OK, the service sucked, there aren’t many other options in that particular terminal. If you are desperate for coffee you can get a cup at this place, but don’t expect much more than that.

Stale muffins and pastries appear to be the norm. Service came with an attitude but thankfully they exchanged the bad muffins for a coffee drink which is much harder to mess up. There are plenty of other better options in concourse B

Conveniently located by the escalators in the center of B Concourse, this is the best coffee I’ve had at the Atlanta Airport. Of course, I judge a coffee joint by how good its double shot of espresso is, and this one’s good. Service can be spotty at times, but today it was great: I had maybe 8 people in front of me and only waited 3 or 4 minutes to order and maybe an additional 2 minutes to get my coffee. Only complaint: they don’t make Cuban coffee, but that’d be asking too much.

Terrible service, barely toasted bagel(toaster turned up to highest speed) and no butter only Promise spread. Five people behind the counter and one customer… still had to give my order three times, «Everything bagel, toasted with butter and a medium coffee». After that wrong total rung up, then bagel put in bag not toasted and then when I asked for butter a fourth time I was handed cream cheese and then margarine. When I said, «this is still not butter» the toaster lady just said, «It’s all I got» FOUR times. I heard her the first time. If your staff would stop bs-ing with each other and just listen and work things might go a little better. I doubt their lives are really that interesting. Café Tazza, now that I am back home in the US thanks for being my immediate reminder of how bad service here really can be.

Right at the top of the escalator in the center of the B concourse food court, you’ll find this bright red outpost of coffee and breakfast pastries, along with a few pre-packaged sandwiches and drinks. The queue tends to bend around and block traffic and then the crowd waiting for their orders is a bit confused. Drinks and sandwiches are prepared and called out in an order that appears random, so pay attention and know your number. Even if you’ve ordered a croissant and they call out a breakfast sandwich, hey, that might be you. LARGE or MEDIUM only. And the large is only 25 cents more, so let’s get that, right? And that’s why we’re the size of a 737. Pass. I got my medium. The latte was okay but not much for foam and probably needing an extra shot of coffee.

This is third time this location has screwed up my order in last couple of years! This time, I asked for one medium tea latte, she processed it for two. These three incidents have happened over couple of years and three different locations at Atlanta Airport. Traveling through this airport for over 30 years and never had an issue at any other coffee shop! Done with Seattle’s Best.

This is the only espresso bar at the B Terminal other than Intermezzo so I end up here often. They serve SBC coffee and have a small assortment of pastries in a cooler.

Stopped in for coffee it was fresh and hot just like I like it. The bagel was fresh and soft. The staff was friendly and nice. Must stop by on my next trip for the friendly service.

No Starbucks on this concourse so ended up here. Service is ok. Drink was what I wanted. Vanilla cream which some baristas don’t know, but they did. There is no small serving size which annoys me, but what can I do about it? Order a medium. Exactly.

Did I really just pay $ 4.90 for 2 teabags and a large cup of hot water? A large coffee is only $ 2.80! I could buy a whole box of Tazo tea at the store for less. And to add insult to injury, I actually only wanted ONE teabag but was told I could not buy one only and still get the larger cup and a bit of extra hot water(which I do at Starbucks all the time, and pay the much more reasonable Tall price). I know we live in a coffee-centric society, but PLEASE don’t gouge tea drinkers like this, just because you have us captive in the airport terminal awaiting an early-morning flight.

Service was quick and efficient, everything that he should be for people on the go. The downside is they serve Seattle’s Best Coffee, which is by far arrogantly not the best coffee. Having never been to Seattle I really hope they have better coffee to offer than this. BUT, less about the coffee. The employees were fast, the place was clean and my coffee cost less than a bottle of water most other places

Service was subpar. Cashiers are more interested in pushing people through then getting the order right. Mostly unintentional, it seemed like incompetence.

I don’t put much stock in airport venues, but Café Tazza knocked it out of the park. I didn’t want much on my layover as I knew breakfast was on the agenda when we landed at our final destination. I’ve had Lavazza in Chi town, so I was willing to give them another visit. On this stop, I ordered a double macchiato and a blueberry muffin. The macchiato was just what I needed: full bodied, well rounded double shot of caffeine. Served in a cute little cup with handles to boot. The blueberry muffin grabbed my attention while I was waiting in line. The muffin was moist, but the top was crunchy which was perfect with the icing. Staff was friendly and even for 6AM they were pleasant to transact with. If you’re in B concourse(as I was) definitely stop by and give them a try.

Bam! Perfect product perfect timing!!! 5:30AM perfect cappuccino — hot, rich and creamy — a croissant that was buttery and flaky. An associate who said«welcome back, man». This place puts the ATL Starbucks to shame. Good job ladies! Keep it up!
