Really good business that seems to be very involved in the community. People are supper nice — lady behind the counter treated me like family. Feedback about the food that I plan to provide to them — cut back on the sodium in their dishes. I give this place 5 stars because of the employees — not the food. They are primarily a takeout place and caterer, so don’t expect to sit and eat. However, just like in your mama’s kitchen, they will invite you to stay. Recommendation: Do check them out though, we need more small businesses like this one. Just too much salt in the food, but that’s an easy fix.

I always seem to find the best food at the most random places. I can add Chef Anthony’s to that list. I stopped by yesterday on a whim and am glad I did. To paraphrase my own tweet: «You know when the only other two customers in a restaurant are state troopers that you are in for some good eatin’». I ordered a fried pork chop, green beans, and pinto beans. The fried pork chop was HUGE, the green beans were darn near perfect, and the pinto beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. The lady behind the counter was friendly, too, which I appreciate. I’m already planning lunch there today.
