I wholeheartedly concur with other reviews. This location always gets the order wrong in the drive thru. Someone commented on the speed of the drive thru… yes, that’s because they are not concerned with accuracy. I go to both locations on South Cobb and the Northside one and have never had an issue there. It has happened too many times to go back to this location.

I don’t usually review fast food chains, but I have come to expect better from Chick-​fil-​A and this location really dropped the ball on this past Saturday afternoon. I ordered 3 kids meals (nuggets) each with BBQ sauce and apple juice to drink. They forgot the sauces and more importantly, forgot the apple juices! There is nothing like driving away with a car full of kids, expecting the meal to be complete and having to detour again for drinks. It just takes away the whole feeling of convenience.

No matter which chickfila you frequent, they all deliver excellent service. This one is no exception. The Vinings chickfila truly whines by how efficiently they manage their drive through during busy parts of the day. They always move me quickly through the drive through, and nail my order every time. Parking is scarce at this location, but I typically do not have an issue getting a spot.

Always something wrong with my order. And it wasn’t until I got to my office in Alpharetta gnat I realized once again you guys had messed up my order! Usually I keep quiet but I’m quite fed up. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll go else where because you guys are the worse! And trust me i use to work for cfa. I know it’s not that complicated to put chicken and cheese on a bagel!

Good: service is always great here. Food is great 99% of the time.
Bad: once in a blue moon, food was made substandard.
Conclusion: I’ll be there every Saturday morning as I couldn’t eat there last Sunday!

I might frequent Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants more than anyone. And I mean like everyone. Working here as a kid might just have hooked me for life. I love this restaurant — for a multitude of reasons — but the primary ones being great, consistent, affordable chicken that doesn’t make you feel like you just gained 10 lbs after eating.
This location excels in everything the business aims to accomplish. A distinctly above-​average environment all around. Never a frown on an employees face. and you get your food so fast in the drive thru that you might feel borderline «rushed.»
At a fast food establishment, I’d say that means they’re winning.

This location is near my part time job so I frequent them often. Not as often as I used to but still pretty often for a fast food joint.
Chick-​fil-​a employees always are friendly and efficient. They never seem pissed off or never will you find them complaining about their jobs.
Considering where this location is they are ALWAYS crowded. Well, except at 9:30 at night. That’s about the only time they won’t be crowded. Regardless, the staff is really nice and is great at giving me information about menu items and where else I could get a cow calendar since they seem to always sell out quickly (I called myself being early this time!) .
I enjoy coming to this location because it attracts people from all walks of life and I like seeing them interact here. Call me crazy but I like watching dynamics of people.

Chickfila is known for their exceptional customer service and this location is no exception. Tonight in the drive thru, my wait was a little longer than normal more and the staff apologized as soon as I got to the window. And as always the simple phrase of «my pleasure» goes such a far way in my mind. Even though the location of the store can be a little hard to get in and out of at times, I still prefer to go to this location than other Chickfilas in the area.

Working in Vinings, I come to CFA a lot for lunch. It’s the closest fast food restaurant to the office and plus you can’t seem to beat the 200 calorie soup option. Convenient and healthy living — yay. This CFA does a great job of running a short time on drive thru. It only takes me a total of 3 – 5 minutes to completely get through the drive thru during lunch hours! That’s incredible!
I actually prefer coming through the drive thru because the layout of the parking lot is so bad that it’s a pain in the rear to find parking for lunch. As far as CFA food, expect normal CFA food. Good tasting, bible loving, gay hating food. That doesn’t change. Moral of the story — don’t be afraid of the drive-​thru. It goes by really fast.

I really enjoyed eating at this location. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They will offer to take your tray after your done. They will offer to get you a refill on your beverages. My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Atlanta and wound up eating at this location at least 5 times within a couple of days
oh yeah… btw, the food is delicious. Make sure to try the Honey Mustard dip with your fries. The spicy salad dressing is delicious!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. You can always count on the CFA staff to be friendly and efficient.
This location is no exception. I’ve gone thru the drive through at 8am and was the only car in the lane, and I’ve gone through about 9 at nite and there are 20 cars in front of me. Well maybe not 20, but you get the picture.
Depending on which side of Cumberland Parkway you are going down or up, this location can be a little tricky to get into.
I always see a police car in the parking lot, not sure if they are really in the car or inside the restaurant as the windows are very tinted. This just may be a deterrent to theft or robbery.
I enjoy that when you pull off from the drive thru, the staff says It was my pleasure instead of Thanks, Thank You or some other form of come back again. They get an extra point for really seeming like they mean it.
Eat Mor Chicken is all I can say about this location.

Look at me… its chicken. Its freakin delicious! I prefer their breakfast spicy chicken biscuit. I can indulge and try to figure out how I’m gonna burn this off during the day if I eat it early enough.

Wow you know, I was like, «Eh, Chick-​fil-​A chicken is okaaayyy and all but it’s not all that,» you know? Then I started reading about them recently in the news and I was all like, «wow, I wonder if I’m gay and want to be lesbian-​married, it sounds kind of cool?» So I tried it again, this time nuggets with mayo squirted on them and a pickle slice smooshed on top, and guess what?! I’m still not sure but I’m not ruling it out completely.

Once again, half of the order I PAID for isn’t given to me… Thanks a bunch. I understand it’s bust but does it really take that much time to have good customer service? Guess who ISN’T come back to this place…

Nothing say about this place except that despite how busy they always are the drive-​thru moves surprisingly fast. My food is always fresh, hot and accurate. I get a different person each time but they are always very friendly. If you arrive shortly after breakfast ends (10:30), don’t be afraid too ask if they have breakfast items left. It has worked for me several times. I arrived there at 11am yesterday and was still able to get a hot and fresh chicken biscuit.

This place is a machine. They crank out food all day long and the line is usually around the building.
I recommend going inside if you are in a hurry because the drive-​thru can get backed up and there’s no escape once you are in line.
My favorite is dipping the waffle fries in Polynesian sauce while enjoying a classic Chik-​fil-​a sammich and some sweet tea.

It’s weird that what I was going to complain about in this review is what everyone else is cheering about. I’m new to this ‘hood, and my old CFA would be the one on N Druid Hills Rd, which I loved. They were so quick and efficient, and hell the food is always excellent no matter where you are. But I have found this location to be sluggish. The line gets backed up at weird times. I understand the cars wrapped around the building at lunch time, but when I roll in after work (often past 8 pm) I don’t feel like it should be a marathon. Anyway, that is a minor annoyance to get my CFA — and it’s easy in and out for me and right near my place. I also had a religious experience with their fries recently. They made fresh ones while I was waiting in the drive thru, and they were melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicious!
Oh, and I’m also sad because my doggie has never gotten a treat there. This must be rectified! Giant, (falsely) ferocious-​looking German Shepherds need cookies too!

I have an unhealthy love for Chick-​fil-​A. (See profile) I admit it… I’m a Chick-​fil-​A junkie. But I don’t need no cure… I’ve got the sweetest hangover. My love for CFA is so bad that when I lived in NYC, I took a cab, the subway, a train, a bus and another cab just to get to a Jersey mall where they had my sweet sweet Chick-​fil-​A. And it was worth every minute of the 1 ½ hour trip… each way.
Of all the Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever been to (and there have been MANY), I’m really digging this one in Vinings. And not just because it’s less than a mile from where I live… although, that’s an awesome bonus. But, every time I roll through the drive-​thru, every person I’ve encountered has always been super nice and friendly. They even give my dog little doggie snacks in a Chick-​fil-​A nugget box whenever he’s riding with me, so it’s like he’s getting his CFA fix, too.
As for the food… well, it’s like they say: «We didn’t invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich.» I couldn’t agree more. And don’t even get me started on the sweet tea. Oh Lawdy!

Man… someone must be cracking a whip on these folks at this location because I swear my food is handed to me before I even make my order. The employees are nothing but friendly EVERY TIME, and even when I say «thank you» they go «Oh my pleasure» and they dont say it with a grimace… they actually say it like thay mean it. Even if they don’t it is still pretty much believable
I had a dog in the backseat because I was dog sitting, and the lady asked me if I would like a treat for my dog, and she handed me some dog biscuits in a chick fila chicken nugget box… I thought that was awesome!
This location gets 5 stars from me because they never mess my order up, they are so so so friendly, and lightning fast!

Yeah Chick-​Fil-​A. What else can you say? If you’re from Georgia, you have eaten at Chick-​Fil-​A. Even in my mid twenties, I would take my date here and make her pay for the meal. ;)
This is the only fast food I’ll eat. Why? I’m not sure. It’s definitely not healthy, but it’s GOOD. Both their breakfast and lunch items taste great.
Not only their food taste delicious, their service is impeccable. They never gave me attitude. They always seem to be happy to serve you. In fact, their service is so great, I don’t know if I should tip them or not.
This particular location is great for dining in. It’s quite large and a lot of tables to sit in – even during the busy lunch hours. And yes, they’re still closed on Sunday. Which kinda sucks because it’s usually Sundays I crave Chick-​Fil-​A.
Chick-​Fil-​A is just a great franchise. Truett Cathy did an awesome job building and running this business.
