I had the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had in my life with Tiffn’e Nicol. She was completely unprofessional from the beginning of my encounter with her until the end. I paid her $ 500 for 3 bundles of hair + 99j dark burgundy highlights + install. Instead I got 2 bundles of orange/​red hair, installed horribly. She was late to the appointment, never showed me the hair I paid for, installed the hair in my head wet so I couldn’t see the color, completely left the salon in the middle of my appointment for 30 mins and tried to care for her small child as she attempted to do my hair & 2 other clients. I would have gotten better hair & service at a $ 50 weave shop. You can see from the photos of my hair (on Unilocal) that this is NOT dark hair with burgundy highlights and definitely not 3 bundles. I got hustled & she was completely rude & disrespectful, telling me I should have sympathy for her because things happen. But she had no sympathy for my hair when swiping my credit card. Now having to pay a new stylist to have it corrected, after already spending $ 500 & 4 hours of time with Tiffn’e Nicol. Don’t do it, stay far away!

This is a follow up to my previous review, as promised…
After 3 months, my hair still had a great texture, did not tangle or shed. Additionally, the install stood the test of time. Being in the military, I workout daily, however my hair remained light and natural. Tiffane’s service was also great my last visit at her new location. She took me within a min of my appt time, which I truly value (as time is money for me). By the way, her new location is warm and inviting. Looking forward to seeing her this coming weekend! Definitely check her out if you’re considering a new hairstylist.

It’s a joy working with Tiffan’e Nicol. She is the absolute BEST. She is truly the best at what she does and I am honored to work along beside her.

I love the new salon. It s chic & very close by so I can pop in while I m running around the city. Get Tiffane Nicol-​salon owner to treat Your hair in Her VIP room. FYI She does great color & She specializes in weaves also.
