For almost two decades, I have enjoyed the exceptional service and the friendly, community atmosphere of Joy’s barber shop. Every month, I look forward to being greeted by name, catching up on the neighborhood gossip, the playful banter, and a great haircut. There is nothing like having a barber who knows you and your hair well (I’d be loathe to let anyone else try to manage my cowlick!). Even after moving to another part of town, I continue to take my hair to Joy’s. Worth the drive, and definitely worth the price.

I have gone to Joy Wright for my own cuts and coloring for 4 years, and taken my kids to her for cuts for 5. Joy is an incredible deal! You don’t waste money on a Buckhead address or fancy décor, and she’s a great hairdresser! She listens to what I want and does a great job on both color and cuts, She is great with kids and my now-​teens love going to her.
As a bonus, you catch up on what everyone around the neighborhood is up to!
