everything is so delicious… I had a slice of strawberry cake for my birthday and it was so amazing.

Dulce Vegan is THE restaurant for vegans. The service is great, they will always serve you with a smile on their face, and let me tell you about the cinnamon rolls. You will be a different person once you experience a dulce vegan cinnamon roll. Make sure that you ask them to warm it up for you, it’s worth it! The bagel sandwich is also extremely good, but you really can’t go wrong with anything here.

Loved it. Awesome Staff. I’ve recently found out that I’m gluten intolerant, and the barista suggested the Strawberry Chocolate GF cupcake. Delicious! Great coffee too. No sweetener necessary.

Love finding new vegan options in Atlanta! Great location in the middle of Kirkwood only matches to its great food! Got the Kirkwood breakfast sandwich which was extremely filling and satisfying. If I wasn’t told that it was vegan I would have no idea! Then I had a banana cupcake, also delicious and satisfying! The staff were great very welcoming although a little slow. Menu could be a little more extensive but everything looks so good!

Great spot for laidback brunch! The scones are tasty and the area Kirkwood is really cute. I go pretty often and today I had the seasonal Chia seed pudding which was really good!

Cool location. A tiny bit hard to find but once someone tells u it’s across from Arden’s garden it’s easy to find. Loved that they had soy free options. They were delicious. But I still broke out in a small case of hives. This is likely due to cross contamination. This literally happens at every single vegan friendly place I go to except lovin it live as they have no soy in the building. I went to some vegan places in New York. Hives. Atlanta… hives. It’s just my life at this point. Pesky soy! Other than that I’m sure everything on their menu is great and I’d actually go back. With my medicine ofcourse. Lol. There’s a ginger cookie of some sort and I could literally eat a thousand of them. Like I’d regret it afterwards but it’d be so worth it. This place is definitely 4 star worthy.

Ok — the service/barista/cashier here was absolutely terrible. I asked for recommendations for cakes as it was my first time visiting this place. She knew nothing about the ingredients or when they were made. She said the cakes can be a few days old. The one with the most pieces was probably the newer one. Seriously?! I decided on a chocolate cherry cheesecake(as it had many slices left). The piece she cut was tiny! I’d spend the money on ingredients I know and make my own if I knew all these. The reason I’m giving this place a 2 star instead of 1 star is because the taste was okay and I support local small businesses overall.

The Green Goddess was very tasty but the black bean burger was just average as far as they go. I wasn’t compelled to try the desserts. Some of the people who worked there were friendlier than others but overall it was a good experience. I’d recommend it for good vegan food when in the area.

Let me start by saying. I was so excited to come here. Being newly vegan you don’t get to eat out a lot. Ive been following the restaurants Instagram page through the remodeling waiting for the day they re-opened. I drove 40 mins out only to be met with the worst customer service ever. The waitress just seemed like she didn’t care. I tried asking a few questions about the limited selection of food with generated bland responses. I ended up choosing a biscuit sandwich which featured a crumbly dry biscuit, a overpowering squishy egg patty, and mushy sausage. I also got the cinnamon bun which was good. A little too sweet but good. Overall I give one star. I so wanted to like this place. Very disappointed!

Really awesome place — so glad we found you! Hubby and I both got the green goddess sandwich, cauliflower cheese soup, and lavender latte. INCREDIBLE! The green goddess sandwich was really filling, and my toddler ate most of my soup because she loved it so much. Please note, it did take a while to get our order, but it was worth it! They do have a few tables with high chairs available, so may need to revisit to eat there again. It’s amazing this food is vegan. We’re dying to take my in-laws to see if they can even notice the difference!

I would like to start off by saying that I am not vegan. I came here with a friend who is vegan, and I was very skeptical, as I have had bad experiences with vegan desserts before. The café is adorable, there is free water, lots of items to choose from, regular food as well as desserts. We ordered the cinnamon bun and the sunbutter cupcake. The desserts were absolutely amazing and if I was blindfolded there is no way I would know these were made without dairy. I would definitely go back there and highly suggest this to vegans and non-vegans. YUM!

I had the best cinnamon roll of my life here. It was huge and sweet and amazing. So good I had to close my eyes to eat it. There were two raisins in it that tried to destroy the moment for my, but they didn’t succeed. Skipping the cinnamon roll, though, we both had pumpkin chili here. It was really good. I’m a big fan of pumpkin. I’m not sure my boyfriend is as big of a fan but he enjoyed his reasonably well. The art nouveau on the walls was beautiful. It was surprising but cool to see a place with local art on the walls that’s so gorgeous. I ordered a cupcake to go. The icing was insane. Creamy as hell. Unfortunately, my cupcake flipped in its box and the icing smushed. But I still ate it, obviously. Customer service here was 50⁄50. One cashier was really nice. One was a little, not exactly unfriendly, but I don’t know. Maybe she didn’t like us. Or was having a bad day. It doesn’t matter. Eat a cinnamon bun.

Finally got back to Dulce after their remodel. Food is still amazing and the coffee fresh and hot. I always want to try more of the pastries and deserts. Maybe next time. This time I ordered the vegan egg with bacon on english muffins with diaya cheese on it. It was very good.

Stellar vibe and super tasty grub. Healthy options(not necessarily low cal), but exactly what you need to eat healthy and enjoy flavor. Recommend!

The breakfast sandwich was scrumptious! I added tempeh as an add-on and it was worth the additional $ 0.50 or $ 0.75. It also came with a side salad that looked and tasted nice and was healthy. All the flavors in the meal were on point! This is how vegan food should be. For dessert, tried the pear and cardamom scone. It went perfectly with the chai tea latte. If you are in the area it is definitely worth stopping by!

Awesome Vegan Bakery! Dulce is a great place to grab brekky, a snack like cupcakes to share with friends or even have a custom cake made! I love their spicy chocolate cupcakes and savory scones. They also make amazing vegan cheesecakes and a a whole spectrum of vegan desserts. Definitely worth the drive to Dulce!

Very nice coffee and bake shop in a great location! Stopped by this morning before heading to the airport. I enjoyed a lavender latte with a lemon scone. It seemed like the cinnamon rolls are the best item on the menu since everyone waited for the fresh batch. Hopefully I’ll enjoy it during my next visit to Atlanta. The staff was also great!

A friend of mine had raved about this place in Kirkwood forever. I am not vegan or vegetarian and so I didn’t quite buy her enthusiasm(she’s literally the president of veganism – so clearly I thought she was slightly biased) But Dulce is gooood. Dulce is beyond good. I had the chai latte with coconut milk, and I also had a lemon tart from the bakery. I loved that I could have my chai with coconut milk. THE perfect blend of flavors. The tart was scrumptious and I basically ate her almond croissant. For a non vegan I was worried that the barista would judge me for my lack of knowledge and my plethora of questions but she wasn’t. Service is just as great as the food and their very knowledgeable on their produce. I walked away feeling like if there was a Dulce on every corner I could take a stab at veganism – oh well! :)

This place is just lovely. The breakfast/lunch options are delish and the coffee is excellent. I stopped in for a quick lunch during my last visit to Atlanta. I tried the Reuben sandwich with a side of chickpea + lentil soup. To finish off the meal, I had a vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting(plus crushed hazelnuts on top!) and a vanilla soy latte. My dining partner(s) had the black bean burger with a side of apple-fennel slaw. Each of us agreed that our dishes were outstanding. The whole experience fortified me for the ensuing drive to Montgomery later that afternoon. In addition to great food, Dulce has a friendly staff and a nice dining atmosphere. The next time I’m in Atlanta, I’ll be sure to return. I hear the breakfast sandwich is awesome.

I didn’t come to the Dulce Vegan Bakery for savoury food, no siree! I came here for the vegan baked goods. I had been obsessing over their facebook page for a while, looking at all the pictures of delicious looking baked goods. I made two trips but would almost certainly be a regular if I lived in Atlanta. The Dulce Vegan bakery is in a part of town I hadn’t yet explored but seemed pretty nice. Parking was easy in the lot right next door. The first time I visited I went with my sister-in-law and two friends. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. One friend opted for a coffee as they had just eaten something at home, another chose the the breakfast biscuit with vegan bacon and the lavendar soya latte and two of us went for the cinnamon buns. I got a cappuccino with soya milk. The coffee was fine, the milk didn’t curdle which was the most important thing. The cinnamon bun on the other hand was indescribably good; moist, flavoursome and decadent. It was also humungous, I thought I wouldn’t finish it but it was just too good. I tried the lavendar latte-not my thing to flavour coffee but interesting. My friends enjoyed their food. My second visit was unaccompanied, other than a couple of books. I got a maple and pecan scone and a soya milk chai latte. I like the fact that you are given a choice of milk alternatives(soya, coconut, almond and hemp) to maintain a bit of diversity in your diet! The scone was pretty nice though I should have asked for some jam as it was a bit dry. The chai latte was perfect. If I were to come again(I will do for sure again one day) I would try out one of the cheese cakes. 5 stars for delicious ethical cinnamon buns and chai latte.
